At the game yesterday and we just didn’t look like we were ever going to score. A big two points dropped. We really need to be winning games as they are slowly run out. I thought the atmosphere was good yesterday. Fingers tossed COYI.

Don’t know about TV land, just keep going, if a. Chance, comes we must take it, we are playing ok
Can be a bit frustrating, for everybody, but there are no mug sides in the premiership

A bit disappointing I thought we played okay. But again shows the lack of depth in the side. I don’t want to sound like Fergie but the referee was poor. The only plus I can think of is the defence is so much better and Disasi seems really solid

Another missed opportunity we are playing ok but keep letting opportunities go we now have a tough run of 4 games we really needed to win this

Yeah I agree Robbo you have to say yesterday was almost a must win game. The only thing I will say is that in the upcoming games whereas before I would have said some would be definite losses maybe we can get a few draws. Bournemouth are the form team in the division at the moment but they were definitely beatable but we lack a proper finisher.
I can’t really blame any one thing apart from Sullivans non investment running this club into the ground over years

These are the games where teams sit a little bit deeper where you need genuine creativity in midfield which we just dobt have, the players tried but we lack quality in the final third , performances really don't matter at this stage it's all about results, and I can't see us really being able to grind results out

Big game tomorrow. As long as we win and Forest lose to Liverpool and Spurs to Arsenal, then we have given ourselves a serious chance, something few thought possible.
I'd take a dour 1-0 win.

Totally agree brooking. Watching forest, the are playing well (new manager bounce maybe), but I fancy them to get a result and everyone here (i live in Nottingham) feels pretty confident aswell.
Spurs on the other hand have problems with injuries.
If we can beat Bournemouth it reduces the gap to spurs to 2 points and spurs v forest in 2 weeks.
I still think brighton or palace will get dragged into it somewhere, but first, we must beat Bournemouth

I think it will be a decent game today. Hopefully we will keep a similar style of play in our last few league matches, I won’t give a score line and put the bock on them but i'm hopeful we can get the win. It’s important to look at other games but in reality need to stop worrying about that and just concentrate on how we are doing.
The good thing is as Mac said our recent upturn in form means other teams are being dragged into the battle for the drop.

Seems to me it’s always him, is it possible that the guy instigates stuff and brings it on himself, don’t get me wrong if it is indeed a racial slur then I’m 1000% against it, but let’s be real he’s not the money honest player and he has some massively rubbishhouse tactics for time wasting and stuff.

He has a platform which maybe others don't and he's willing to push for change which is admirable. Maybe the fact that it interrupts the game spoils the spectacle but don't blame him for that, blame the racist.
Have no problem with him being criticised for the Bruno type antics but that is as common in elite level players as white people not understanding the gravity of targeting someone for the colour of their skin.

I don’t want to get drawn into the actual incident as I didn’t see it. And maybe he does invite trouble, I don’t know enough about him. But IMO these sort of things are far worse in southern and Eastern Europe than in Northern and Western Europe. I remember going to games in the 70s where hearing monkey noises and players being openly called black @@@@@ was not uncommon . I think the attitude on the pitch can lead back to the fans and I wouldn’t want to see that return if it did I would stop going.
Because I thought it was horrible then as now.
I went to an event organised by ‘the West Ham way’ a few years back and the guest speaker was Anton Ferdinand and he was answering questions and he was asked about the John Terry incident when playing for QPR and you could see it deeply upset him as he was virtually in tears and maybe as a white person i don’t understand how no matter what you do you will only be defined by the colour of your skin.

Any old Irish/ Hammer-D, you both have very good points and I was being short sighted and very ignorant of the situation, so I really apologise to people I may have offended!
I have just got so angry over the years with players that I feel are cheating in so many situations on the field of play in one way or another! The officials have a difficult enough job to do as it is? I still don’t think there’s anything wrong in words, it’s banter in my view, even if it’s offensive to somebody, laugh at them and shrug it off, they will soon get fed up with doing it? ⚒⚒⚒

Hi Chelmsford you have not offended me in the slightest mate. I’m a red-head and ginger-ism is the only ism still legal 🤣 so it’s all water off a ducks back to me. I was just trying to see why it might be felt by someone else (which is tricky) I think if you had a fat black bloke who wears glasses he wouldn’t be called 4 eyes or fatty he would have something else thrown at him, and it probably drags you down.
