Looks like West Ham are in talks with Amiens striker Serhou Guirassy, never heard of him, he's scored 4 goals this season, (not much better than Haller), is he going to be another Ajeti and sit on the bench, don't know if anyone else has heard of him or seen him play?

1.) 24 Jan 2020 13:44:01
Never heard of him, just wondering if Moyes
son in law is his agent just like Jordan Hugill
So WBA confirms Diangana staying, WTF
we need every player possible
Antonio will be injured again
Anderson out
Yarmo out
Surely if you had a brain you’d call him back.

2.) 24 Jan 2020 14:01:55
No comment.

3.) 24 Jan 2020 14:08:41
Stevie66, just looked him up, I’d never heard of him but never heard of most foreign players we have been linked with! Apparently Leicester and A Villa have shown interest in him this window, played for France at youth level! ⚒⚒⚒⚒so may be decent?

4.) 25 Jan 2020 06:33:45
I cannot believe Moyes is looking to bring him in, its got the board all over this if its true. We need a proven goal scorer with pace, you won't find enyone any good for under 30mil So work it out board do u want to stay in the premiership or play in Championship, its not rocket science.
Ido like the Forest right back he is quality but 10 mil he ain't going know where. I have one more thing to say to the board invest or get relegated its as simple as that.

23 Jan 2020 05:27:18
Apparently West Ham register interest in Payet?

1.) 23 Jan 2020 07:54:57
Got to be better than the crap we have. Look at that team last night and so many out of form players that under perform week in week out. Hiw long have we as supporters been pointing out what the team needs but we've spent badly. can't fault board for investing but bad choices have been made. I think we could easily sell 5 or 6 starters from last night and replace them. First, we need a right back. Then we need s big strong striker who can hold the ball up or draw a foul because Haller is another our if form and struggling. If payet is free get him in and surround him with kessie and nzonzi.

2.) 23 Jan 2020 10:00:56
you can't blame Moyes for this result. Just look at the rubbish he has got to pick from. We need to buy that is obvious but let's buy quality not people like Payet who has no loyalty to Westham and i for one will never forgive him for what he done. We don't need snakes we need players that believe in our club.

3.) 23 Jan 2020 10:12:20
I agree with most of what your saying Mac but who will want to buy the 5 -6 players. We would do well to give them away and take their wage bill off the club. I like to know who thinks Haller, Mansuaku, Lanzini, Yamalenco are premiership players.

4.) 23 Jan 2020 11:51:57
Yeah agreed we have rubbish. Being linked with abdoulaye Toure big powerful midfielder who has pace just exactly what we need.

22 Jan 2020 13:07:42
Just read that Nzonzi has decided to join West Ham, the report comes from a Turkish newspaper so I don’t know how true it is?

1.) 22 Jan 2020 13:42:16
It seems that way and more kessie on loan rumours. Why don't we give Chelsea (who want a striker) haller and they give us pedro and giroud.

2.) 22 Jan 2020 13:48:58
Seems so and let's face it an upgrade on what we have (noble, Sanchez, wilshire who can't stay fit ) . Get kessie on free and maybe giroud on loan and we might stay up.

3.) 22 Jan 2020 16:23:25
Mac3, no idea what Kessie is about, bit wary about those with non Premiership experience as I’ve said before, especially previously when posters raved about a couple damp squibs thar we signed for stupid £millions, but certainly agree with Giroud and Pedro but why would Lampard want a player like Haller who loves a lay down when the going gets tough, wish he would though😂🤣Hope the Nzonzi rumour is true, had bags of Premiership experience with Stoke and another club, also has family in London, so must help to consolidate our squad if true, apparently played 194 games in Premiership so knows what it’s about? Be happy with a point tonight but a no lose should be a must, a win would be great but unless the Fixes have a s—-t. night, ain’t going to happen? ⚒⚒⚒⚒.

4.) 22 Jan 2020 16:28:04
Very happy with anything tonight buddy. Pedro and giroud fir haller, love the idea pmsl.

5.) 22 Jan 2020 22:03:11
I hope your joking about giroud and pedro for haller. Do you want us to turn into a retirement home? Silly. Haller needs service and support which he gets very little of because the majority of our players are too slow. KESSIE would add some much needed pace, power and work rate to our midfield, think Antonio not as quick but much more technical good passer, good dribbler serious engine and good defensively.

Its been apparent for some seasons now we have needed more dynamic players. I commend the work rate of snodgrass zabaleta noble but the simply can't get close enough and keep up with game a lot of the time. lanzini has come back he's been nowhere near his level seems to have lost a yard or 2 of pace aswell.

I fear nzonzi is passed it also but it's a cheap option for Sullivan. We keep finding ourselves lacking in differnt areas of the pitch and quite frankly we are desperate. It shouldn't be this way but under sulli it will never change.

6.) 22 Jan 2020 23:59:13
I remember Henry joining Arsenal and he was a damp squib till he adapted. I think Haller will be good with a bit of time and some decent service. If he was at a club with a straight beer midfield and a strike partner he would be brilliant.

7.) 23 Jan 2020 01:32:09
How does stronger turn into straight beer? Lol.

8.) 23 Jan 2020 01:47:01
Hiya Chelmsford hope your well and the family mate but KESSIE can't do no worse than NOBLE or SNODGRASS who IMO ain't good enough to play for us any more no bite or energy levels for a frantic 90 odd minutes of premiership football and if DM thinks FORNALS isn't better than those 2 than there's the reason we are now bang in trouble I mean who is FORNALS going to get a footing without a run in the team, in for 1 or 2 games then out for 2 it's not good enough and we just don't look fit enough to play for the full 90 odd minutes simple as that at least make yourself hard to beat and not just roll ovet like we seem to do . COYI.

9.) 23 Jan 2020 08:11:56
Hi Whorya, fine mate thank you, hope you and your family the same👍The enormous difficulties of running a club and opinions show up on posters remarks on here, the abuse taken by a manager, the board, is an utter disgrace imo? Does anybody actually think that most or all Premiership are not run as a business, what club wants to drop outside those streets that are paved with enormous rewards of £mmmm’s even just to stay in the Premiership! It is blatantly obvious what our failings are, we don’t need Savage telling us we have no pace, Antonio and Masuaku are possibly the only ones we have whether we like it or not! We have Rice who is a Premiership player, nobody else! We need try to accept we are mediocre at best, with entire lack of creativity and energy throughout the team that look as if we could now get what we deserve, relegated! DM has to work with what he has, unenviable task but when I see Burnley winning 0-2 at Man U and Palace did the same earlier, you don’t have to have so called superstars to entertain their supporters, just bloody hard work and battlers as a team that can stand the rigours and pace of the Premier league! ⚒⚒⚒⚒.

10.) 23 Jan 2020 13:32:15
All of this has been coming for some time. Great investment by the board but poor recruitment. The premier league is fast and relentless with a punishing schedule and as such appropriate players are needed. Noble is too old simple and too many others are too old. I would sell diop, raise funds and bring players in because it's ok keeping him but if we go down he will be sold anyway.

16 Jan 2020 05:29:27
Apparently Moyes wants Ross Barkley on loan?

1.) 16 Jan 2020 07:25:39
I’d welcome this - absolutely better than any of the midfield options we have outside of Noble and Rice.

Good on the ball, big, strong and not over the hill in terms of age.

I’d like to see this done with an option to buy at the end potentially as he’s definitely not getting the playing time at Chelsea.

2.) 16 Jan 2020 08:06:02
Totally agree with the Ross Barkley rumour, we should have gone for Cahill when he was available, playing well for Palace! Can’t believe we would get Barkley but that would be a great loan or buy to add plenty of experience, grit and steel to reinforce our midfield! I wonder if Moyes could have any influence with Barkley being ex Evertonian?

3.) 16 Jan 2020 11:36:09
There could be something in this as Barkley will want game time to try and impress Southgate for the Euros.

4.) 16 Jan 2020 11:36:31
I imagine it would be down to Barkley, himself. If he still has further England ambitions, he needs to play and at the moment he’s way down the pecking order at Chelski.

I’d be happy to see him with us: skilful strong and can play CM as well as AM.

5.) 16 Jan 2020 13:03:56
This would be a great deal, and a massive
Improvement to us in midfield, but I reckon this would be very hard to get over the line,
I’m sure they would be very reluctant to let him go, i'd still like to see us go after Sander Berge aswell.

6.) 16 Jan 2020 16:03:50
Berge would be my number one target this window. The lad has it all.

7.) 16 Jan 2020 16:24:28
We'll probably offer £20 million, £19 million of it being "addons" paid in 200 instalments over 20 years for Sander Berge.

Then David Sullivan will come out saying he moved heaven and earth to try and sign him, we'll then end up signing Nigel Reo Coker out of retirement to cover in midfield.

8.) 16 Jan 2020 19:52:59
Sander Berge, another non Premiership experienced player, not for me, we need a new recruit to hit the ground running imo, not 2 months to settle in when we are in a desperate position. what are posters looking at Videos of him? Sorry chaps an old boy posting that tends to be a belt and braces man! ⚒⚒⚒⚒.

9.) 17 Jan 2020 09:04:05
The year is 2035 - Sander Berge is now 35, West Ham sign him on a 3 year contract, 100k a week. The Sullivan effect.

10.) 18 Jan 2020 00:00:33
I really am flabbergasted that majority of pepole on this site speak so highly of NOBLE now I get the loyalty and WEST HAM through and through so am i let me throw a few things out there why do you think he's never left us I'll tell you why because nobody has ever shown any interest in him he's okay with the ball at his feet not great but fair, off the ball he's shocking especially now his legs are shot too bits i used to go with about 8 or 9 fans and not 1 of us rated him and I'll tell you why he's well liked because you younger hammers fans don't know no different I QUARENTEE we will be a better team when we get away from players like SNODGRASS NOBLE CRESSWELL CULLEN (PAST) KOUYATE (PAST) RANDOLPH SANCHEZ I understand we can't just throw cash about like CITY UNITED CHELSEA but come on we have 3 very wealthy owners but until we get another investor like TABOR or that level we ain't going to be challenging for European places but that's a silly statement SULLY came out with not me I also praised the owners for getting HALLER (HAS SO MUCH ABILITY IMO) and FORNALS ANDERSON (BEEN DISAPPOINTING ) I'd sell LANZINI (DOESN'T WANT TO BE HERE I KNOW HE SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT BUT WHAT DOES THAT MEAN NOWADAYS) and YARMOLENKO to create funds and free up wage bill. COYI.

11.) 19 Jan 2020 18:25:20
What's worrying is tha teams at the bottom around us are very capable of raising the game and getting a win and with only 13 days left in this window we need help at rb, midfield and a striker who can bully defences with pace and stay healthy. And tbh am not sure they fill me with confidence having just brought randolph back and to top it all, I'm sure in the next few games we have Leicester away, liverpool twice and man city god help us.

12.) 20 Jan 2020 17:33:29
Mac3, at least football’s not boring being a WH fan, at least we have something to discuss😂🤣 wouldn’t like to support Liverpool or Man C when you know you’re expected to win every game😂🤣Well better to look on the bright side of life, we get more pleasure out of winning than they do👍👍🤞🤞⚒⚒⚒COYI.

09 Jan 2020 20:09:53
I've just read that we have a £32m option to buy on Fernandes?

1.) 09 Jan 2020 22:08:10
That’s fine by me.

2.) 09 Jan 2020 22:11:29
We have no clause in to buy or option to buy Stevie66.

3.) 09 Jan 2020 23:59:54
My prediction if he joins is that he will play a few games in the U23s and not do a lot initially but then will have some flashes of brilliance score a couple of goals and people will suggest he should get some first team games. He will then get a little niggling injury that will keep him out for three or four weeks and then will get back into the u23s and do well. Deep in a relegation battle Moyes won’t want to risk him in the first team and will say he isn’t ready yet. Start of next season he will play a couple of league cup ties and maybe an appearance in the league off the bench but will back non the 23s. A few more sub appearances a couple of injury spells and the loan period will be over and he won’t have shown enough. He will then join Celia Vigo or some such side and go on to win the Europa League and start to get international caps. He will then be picked up by a Champions League side and be a mainstay if their midfield - such is West Hams experience with international young players - I hope it’s different but I do not think we will ever see the best of these players we bring in as “starlets” and “one for the future”.

23 Jan 2020 15:51:43
There's no point in Moyes saying " we're trying get one player in before the window closes ", we need a lot more than that, if you ask me we need two fullbacks, two midfielders and two strikers to cover any injuries or suspensions!

1.) 23 Jan 2020 17:30:10
Stevie, we need to get real over our expectations and how many DM can sign in a dangerous January window when all clubs are exercising caution? Thanks to the Chilean he has possibly bled the kitty pretty much dry anyway which wouldn’t have helped matters? DM is going to need 2 or 3 years to try to change things, he hasn’t had 2 months yet! Whether we like it or not it will be stop gaps at best, if it keeps us up he will have managed a mammoth task from the bloody rubbish way we are playing at present!

2.) 23 Jan 2020 18:29:53
Rubbish players with no pace or confidence.

3.) 23 Jan 2020 21:15:23
Just watching liverpool v wolves and mighty liverpool cannot cope with blistering pace of traore. Might he clues fir future recruiting there.

4.) 23 Jan 2020 22:45:26
Mac3, I fancied Traore when he was at ‘boro and fancied a move a couple of seasons ago, suggested then we should be interested, but nothing happened!

5.) 24 Jan 2020 14:03:13
Ah yeah I remember. Another we must have been mulling and pondering over.

23 Jan 2020 11:02:34
Apparently Inter Milan are in talks with Llorente, this would probably end their interest in Giroud, so my question is could Giroud do a job for us maybe just until the end of the season, I would still like someone with pace as that is what we need, any thoughts?

1.) 23 Jan 2020 11:52:59
Agreed and scores goals.

2.) 23 Jan 2020 16:03:40
Too slow for me Stevie we have literally no pace as it is.

22 Jan 2020 21:24:37
At the start of the season there was talk of Europe, the only way they're getting into Europe is if they go on holiday!

1.) 22 Jan 2020 21:37:34
They look lkke they are on Holiday already.

2.) 22 Jan 2020 22:14:51
If Antonio gets injured again we will be going down. Joke of a club.

3.) 23 Jan 2020 00:31:58
We are down already in my opinion
I posted recently about our goal difference and
my fear of playing Leicester, city and Liverpool
twice and thought it could be -15 in goals,
Well Leicester just scored lots, City and Liverpool
must be relishing it
This time next week second from bottom.

4.) 23 Jan 2020 01:38:33
If we are relying on ANTONIOS fitness then we are down there's a reason he's always injured and IMO it's because of his application and professionalism out Al hours of the morning driving flash motors it might be a 1 off but 1 too many for me if you want to be a professional footballer you have to behave like one look at all the top players SHEARERS OWEN HENRY BERGKAMP I could go on and on never if ever in the public eye and that's why they turned out to be top players and ANTONIOS got comfortable and thinks he's done his bit we haven't got players for the fight for ME SNODGRASS as I've said before a championship standard player NOBLE absolutely devoud of any pace and his legs went 3 years ago LANZINI hasn't wanted to be at WHUFC for 2 seasons now CRESSWELL championship standard SANCHEZ never any good WILSHIRE (I got wrong thought he'd be a great signing ) and MOYES if he thinks SNODGRASS is better than FORNALS then what chance have we got we have got to get away from these players NOBLE SNODGRASS RANDOLPH CRESSWELL SANCHEZ AJETI ZABALETA (3 YEARS TO LATE) why oh why do we go for players like ZABALETA ARBELOA EVRA and on and on it has too stop and I'm afraid it's to late this season as I think we are going to go down and our best players will be going that's RICE on his way at the end of the season even if we somehow managed to stay up and who can blame him. CIYI.

22 Jan 2020 20:24:39
Surely this tells the owners we need to spend, we need pace, this is absolutely appalling at the moment, we could actually finish bottom if nothing is done.

22 Jan 2020 11:28:23
Who are we going to sign, because we are well and truly in the brown stuff, or give some of the youngsters a go might be a bit of a gamble but other teams are playing their youngsters, we could try,
Holland (think he might be out on loan)

{Ed002's Note - Holland went to Oxford on loan.}

1.) 23 Jan 2020 00:15:45
And DM says we only need 1 player he must mean 1 in every position and I ain't joking it's shocking.

3 Dyche

5 Benitez
6 Hughton.

I don’t get to go to games often but I went today and I can say I don’t think I’ll be going again, don’t get me wrong I can handle losing if we showed fight but we didn’t, if there was a cup for playing sideways and backwards we would win it, how many times have we all said it, we need pace surely the owners have seen enough by now to do something about it.

Hi mate, I thought about Danny Rose, but the two clubs don’t want to do business with each other, there’s about 6 prem teams interested in him but if we’re the only London based club interested and he wants to stay in London then you never know, he could get his agent to force the move through, only a week to wait to find out.

How far back do you take it, let’s say Rice passed to someone else and then there was another 20 passes in the build up before Snodgrass scores, and another thing, why do some games in the FA cup have VAR and some don’t, it’s just all a complete balls up.

Haven’t seen it mate, but what’s annoying is that you can get away with the type of handball like Rice’s in the championship which can lead to promotion but the same handball in the prem can get punished and relegated, football should have the same rules whatever league you are in.
