Our squads age was high enough as it was, and many on this site mentioned it. We've now signed a 31 year old for 4 years, a 30 year old for 2 years and now possibly a 35 year old. This is really strange. I know we've signed an 18 year with limited experience and a 22 year old, who Leeds fans felt showed to shine in the BIG games, but it seems rather scatter-gunned.

Why do people want to get rid of Coufal he would be great as back-up, he's first at training and last to leave, as for Aguerd I think he's got something to offer, under a new manager with better coaching he could form a good partnership with Kilman, I will never forget that tackle against Newcastle

Reading down most keep him as cover. Commitment to training is absolutely admirable but doesn’t help much when you are getting skinned for pace every weekend. Takes an almighty engine to be a wing back and Coufs has just ticked over 120K miles

Do you remember when we first signed JWP, think he got an assist and a couple of goals in his first few games, that’s when we attacked more before we started sitting back every game and we were all saying JWP for England ?

I would keep JWP basically because we are going to play more attacking football therefore probably getting more free kicks around the penalty box area even if it’s not a shooting opportunity he can still put a great delivery in the box, just my opinion ?

Agree Joyful, you’re only as good as the defence in front of you and I think Fab has lost a bit of sharpness, you need to have quick reflexes in this league, maybe play Foderingham in cup games to keep his eye in rather than sit on the bench all season, keep Areola for the league and have a real go at the top 6.
