Lots of rumours circulating that Brady is on her dancers before the New Year. If true, Sullivan may be hoping that her departure will satisfy the protests. NO!
1.) 11 Nov 2025 05:50:24
It would be a start but would be typical of Sullivan throwing someone under the bus. In the world of KB everything must be done to show her in a good light. So if she does move on I doubt it would be the sack. Also I just read on another site that she was responsible for organising the take over of Birmingham by Carson Yeung. How on earth can she say she did due diligence there.
2.) 11 Nov 2025 06:21:56
Pick em off one at a time if necessary. Sullivan loves being in the news, normally because of bad decisions, lies and BS. Now let's how he likes being in the news for the right reasons
21 Sep 2025 14:30:11
Joyfull,
Any rumblings of a board meeting? Surely, by now, something must be happening to discuss Potter and/or the fan protest. Nothing will happen without there first being a meeting of our shambles of a board.
1.) 21 Sep 2025 15:11:14
Unbelievable rumour that the board agree Potter has to go, but they don’t want the new manager to have the difficult away games against Everton and Arsenal as his first matches! What sort of circus act is this, if true?
2.) 21 Sep 2025 15:40:09
Omnishambles
3.) 21 Sep 2025 18:20:41
It’s madness. So let’s keep the crap guy as the new man might not win either of these first 2 games. We need the new man to have an easy one Brentford at home! We will be cut adrift by then
4.) 21 Sep 2025 20:45:07
Brentford at "home" is going to be just as tough as Everton. Especially when we lose our next two games and are sitting pretty at the bottom of the league.
06 Sep 2025 21:13:18
Rumours abound concerning Potter being replaced by Frank Lampard. Apparently he's happy at Coventry and it would have to be an extremely attractive package to tempt him to the London Stadium. Will we ever learn, if true? He failed at Chelsea and Everton, but he'll sprinkle some magic dust over his head if he comes to WHU.
1.) 07 Sep 2025 11:26:34
This was reported on Football Insider whicH I personally think is awful headlines to make you click onlh to find it either old rumours usually a year old or justvrinbish
2.) 07 Sep 2025 13:42:01
I heard it from several sources. I certainly hope it’s bollocks.
3.) 09 Sep 2025 03:04:20
Who are your sources?
4.) 09 Sep 2025 10:51:06
Much the same as most with a couple of exceptions who I will keep to myself.
31 Aug 2025 07:51:37
As we enter the last hours of the transfer market, I have lost count of the number of rumours of players we have been linked to. To summarise, which current rumours have legs?
1.) 31 Aug 2025 09:09:10
Hey Tin, it seems Paqueta and Aguerd have made up there minds they don't want to be here (so for me, let them go) . Sullivan (who i don't believe for one minute) says "basically, Paqueta not leaving unless we get an offer we can't refuse" which i think is another mistake by him
Looks like we have real Interest in Charlie Cresswell, Fabio Viera, Quentin Timber and bid for Franculino Dju, numerous other rumours flying around about Conor Gallagher, aleix garcia, harwood-bellis.
Id really like to see us getting rid of Rodriguez, Aguerd, Jwp, Cornet but with 2 days left can't see it.
However, this is West Ham so whatever happens is a best guess?
Could be a busy last 2 days or maybe not?
2.) 31 Aug 2025 11:43:22
It seems Paqueta has not refused to play against Forest.

No changes! Happy days are here again!
07 Nov 2025 11:20:58
Despite my "reputation", I'm going to be more than positive and predict a win tomorrow. As long as Nuno doesn't have his brain removed and he sticks with the same starting XI, I believe we'll take all three points. Fingers crossed.
COYI!
1.) 07 Nov 2025 12:57:38
Agreed Tin, if we play positively from the off we should get a result
2.) 07 Nov 2025 14:44:45
Really important we carry on from last week. If they do win as I hope/expect the international break will get in the way again from developing some momentum.
3.) 07 Nov 2025 15:49:36
No negativity from me, but if we can’t win don't lose, must not let gap open up! Once you state chasing keeps any side fidgety and on edge
4.) 07 Nov 2025 18:32:53
We’ll win it, if we win the midfield battle and that means starting with Potts, Fernandes and Paqueta AND ensuring we press from the start.
Do not fall back and give them time and space int he middle of the park.
At the risk of sounding like Moyse, we need to run and run and run.
5.) 07 Nov 2025 23:25:52
I tend not to take much notice of media rubbish stirring as a few journos are stating that SOUCEK will replace FERNANDES, i will be absolutely dumbfounded if he changes the starting line up, also that AWB will be rested and JCT will not start as he's carrying a slight knock, i know its their jobs but not to be a person trying to upset the applecart its laughable.COYI⚒️⚒️⚒️
6.) 08 Nov 2025 11:06:15
I have read that a cub from the youth team has been drafted in so possibly JCT is carrying a knock.
I still think Kante should be given a place on the bench and some minutes as a sub. I saw the under 21s play against Liverpool last night and he scored a screamer. It was like watching Tom hanks in BIG as he just seemed like an adult among kids. Very similar in stature to Patrick Viera
03 Nov 2025 14:16:34
I think one phrase used by Rob Green on MotD last night summed up what went right with a superb team performance: ".opening up with Potts directing traffic." Despite Paqueta having an excellent game, crowned by a wonder strike, Freddie Potts was my man of the match. What a stroke of bad luck that a toe took away his moment of glory, but he was still superb throughout and has surely cemented his claim on a starting place in the West Ham team. Well done lads; you all deserve the highest praise.
COYI!
1.) 03 Nov 2025 15:27:18
I make you right Tin, he is a class act he has an ability to do plenty of stuff so well and effectively yet still going under the radar. Don’t want to get carried away with one game but we have given the players and managers so much stick over the last 2 seasons, deservedly so generally. But they all deserve loads of praise for yesterday’s game let’s hope it’s a turning point and we can get back to back wins on Saturday.
2.) 03 Nov 2025 18:51:12
All were great, Freddie Potts superb! I think Green also made the comment about Potts doing the job that Souchek and Irving couldn’t do as a pair … His highlights on MotD last night took me back to the early days of Rice
3.) 06 Nov 2025 05:07:19
I think freddie is more like CARRICK than RICE imo but how long has it it taken for him to be given his chance, I've been watching a few Everton supporters slaughtering MOYES it didn't take them long to get on his back, in fact i'm suprised its taken this long and they are saying very similar things that most of us thought about dinosaur david, it was only the happy clappers that still bang on about that Aldi cup like its a waitrose cup, well you get my meaning the 7th place cup although i'm very pleased we won something under the great scot! but it was a fantastic performance that nobody could see coming and people are saying the geordies didn't play well that's because we didn't let them play and when a side takes off their best player ( got that wrong HOWE) well you know your doing something right a few things helped us in that game and something nobody's mentioned was that GUIMARAES getting a very early yellow card helped us immensely as his game is built on an aggressive playing box to box player, and he was very limited to making few hard challenges, but we were by far the best team especially in the 1st half which gave us a platform to sit on in the 2nd half which we did and some so onto saturday which will be a totally different game but if we perform like we did in the 1st half against BURNLEY then we SHOULD take the 3 points but we are WHUFC.COYI⚒️⚒️⚒️
4.) 06 Nov 2025 11:30:27
Some very good points Whorya. ??
5.) 06 Nov 2025 20:35:14
We can always hope Moyes masterminds a tactical master plan by taking Souchek and JWP off our hands in January
6.) 07 Nov 2025 09:50:16
We need to keep Soucek
7.) 07 Nov 2025 23:23:33
Yep, somebody needs to make the tea and sweep up.
8.) 07 Nov 2025 23:30:01
Yeah i'd definitely keep SOUCEK as an impact player off the bench for 2 reasons we need a goal just stick him up front and play on their last defender and i'm pretty sure he could play a number of defensive positions.COYI⚒️⚒️⚒️
25 Oct 2025 17:27:05
Although I believe Nuno was not the right man for us, I've done my best to get behind him. Unfortunately, he's done his best to prove me right. His team selections, tactics and substitutions have been nothing short of idiotic. Everyone goes on about his record, but I think he's had 4 jobs in the past 6 years and he's been sacked from 3 of them! The 4th is us. It begs the question, is he a professional sacked manager? Not a bad financial return for little work! I'm not yet at the stage where I put my head up out of the trench and shout "Nuno out!" but I am propping the step ladder against the side of the trench and waiting for the whistle. Come on, Nuno, please prove me wrong; I haven't got a head for heights.
1.) 25 Oct 2025 20:45:19
It felt promising after the Everton game, paq fernandes and magassa dominated for a large portion of that game. We really didn't need the international break. Picking Soucek and irving as a midfield pairing not once but twice is criminal. Magassa was on for 15 minutes and made more tackles (3)than any other West ham player against Leeds.
As for Nunos record, taking wolves out of the championship into Europe twice, then forrest from relegation to very nearly champions league is impressive, big part of it could have been recruitment his agent helped bring a lot of very good players to Wolves. Forrest have also been pretty ambitious in the transfer market. I can't see him getting the same level of support from Sullivan.
2.) 25 Oct 2025 21:47:18
Sullivan Bottled it with potter who he should have sacked in the summer, would it have made a difference if we had a new manager at beginning of window? Hard to say now, I was with you Tin I never thought Nuno was the best manager to get the best out of what squad we have got though, and by the time January comes around sadly it will be too late, I cannot see how Nuno can turn this around after just 4 games he looks out of ideas, and doesn't seem to be able to motivate players, we need at least 6 players just to be competitive and we aren't going to get that in januarys notoriously difficult transfer window, the very best we can hope for this season is Sullivan sells his shares and gets out
3.) 25 Oct 2025 22:30:42
Let us know who you would like to see as manager?
4.) 25 Oct 2025 22:42:53
Don’t think many of us can argue with those comments. I didn’t see him as a long term manager for us but am happy to have him help us stave off relegation, and maybe another season.
After an initial good game in charge the last two, team selections you have to question. The first time you could excuse as a radical experiment but to repeat it is criminal. The only small crumb of comfort could be that he finished the game with what most think is the sort of line up we should start with next game. If he doesn’t then you have to say he is looking for the bullet and if we see the same Souchek / Irving midfield then I think I will be calling for him to go. As they said on claret and booze earlier they shouldn’t bother getting a new manager in and have a caretaker manager from one of the now back room staff, Robson or Potts to take over to the end of the season. Because many more performances like that we will have no chance of staying up.
Another thing that has annoyed me is Nuno’s lack of humility in the last 2 losses he has blamed lots of things except for the most obvious thing, ….his own team selection.
Maybe he has already found that working with Sullivan isn’t exactly what he had been promised, maybe he was promised his own back room team but then that rug was pulled? Still no excuse for unprofessional behaviour. I really hope we return to the sort of line up and team selection we saw against Everton and the last two games are just a major lesson learnt ?
5.) 26 Oct 2025 00:39:41
As I said in another thread, look at our fixtures for Nov/Dec. All the games are difficult, and on our current performances, that includes the Burnley game. It’s looking like we will be about 10 or 12 points adrift from safety by Jan and that will be irrecoverable. I know there’s a way to go, but I just can’t see how this coach will get us out of it. He’s looking more and more like yet another twat.
6.) 26 Oct 2025 08:14:35
I thought the same hammer-d at first about broken promises as much as this is something Sullivan is capable of, I doubt Nuno would purposely sabotage with his team selections.
@tin, there are no easy games in the premier league, well unless your playing us. We need an unexpected result or 2, there is a 1st 11 there that's capable of being competitive, we probably need some luck as well to turn things round but it can happen.
7.) 26 Oct 2025 10:20:54
Think we have had more than a share of luck, against Brentford, how we only lost 2-0, I will never know could easily have been 6-0, 7-0, and no one could have complained
11 Oct 2025 11:51:06
I see that Rodriguez is refusing to leave WHU, even though he does not feature in Nuno's future plans. Mind you, at 31 and this stage in his career, and earning a reputed £75000 per week, who blames him? He never realistically was going to fit in. Another example of how badly run this club is.
1.) 11 Oct 2025 15:18:15
Tin, no doubt you noted that WH ITK claret and Hugh copied my post today regarding Rodriguez, that I posted YESTERDAY
This shows the strength of some of these WH ITKs hmmmm!
Rodriguez will leave, if WH settle his contract, I fancy they will , moving on
JWP, is on too much money, to settle with 20 months left on contract
Southampton, have offered a loan only, and will pay him, 40 k a week Jan to July Leaving WH with 70 k a week donation towards his wages
Depends on how Nuno sees it? Cornet out of the way until July 26
2.) 11 Oct 2025 16:16:34
Joyfull,
Actually, no, I didn’t see that. I got it from an article on West Ham World. On second reading though, it does mention Claret and Hugh. I didn’t see your post you mention either. During the international break, there’s not as much interest in club matters and I’m afraid I fall into that category. I can’t wait for these boring non-club breaks to be over so we can get back to normal. In my day, internationals were played mid-week with no interruption of the league programme. I suppose it’s a sign of the times!
3.) 11 Oct 2025 20:34:03
You are spot on regarding the internationals Tin. I am still interested in following England and other qualifiers but they should just be played midweek as champions league matches are. Back pre 90s that’s how it was done and most clubs had much smaller viable squads then.
17 Nov 2025 11:30:52
You’re missing the point. Everyone agrees that good youth players should PROGRESS to the first team, but they shouldn’t be suddenly landed there without a graded development. That could be detrimental.
16 Nov 2025 16:15:41
Ah, yes, I remember Marinello well.
15 Nov 2025 21:23:38
Hammer-D, I agree, but they need time to bed in. Guilherme has had that. Earthy and Fearon have not and if Irving goes without a replacement in January, come February we might have injuries and one or both of them could find themselves starting!
15 Nov 2025 21:17:27
Dabber, I haven’t said Earthy and Fearon shouldn’t be given experience. Of course they should, but it’s HOW they get it. Guilherme has been part of the first team setup for months without getting much playing time. Earthy and Fearon have not. If Irving goes, and we get a couple of midfielder injuries, then one or both are propelled into the first team without that experience. It’s obvious.
15 Nov 2025 14:04:01
Ah, but Potts was drip fed into the first team setup. These lads haven’t really had a sniff of it.
10 Nov 2025 14:55:54
Hopefully, Nuno realises that Soucek is useless as a midfielder and only effective as an impact forward, as he usually scores by throwing himself at the ball. That’s why he sustains so many head injuries. He can’t be faulted for his dedication, but can’t pass a ball for toffee. Paqueta will be a miss against Bournemouth and Magassa is the better option to start, but I fear Nuno might opt for Soucek.
09 Nov 2025 19:01:31
And this is the only thing you don’t understand?
09 Nov 2025 05:00:59
I didn’t see the match, only listened to the live audio. Haven’t had the chance to download it or watch any highlights yet, including MotD. It seems we started to fight harder in the second half and deserved all three points. Most reviews seem to say we weren’t great, and both Bowen and Paqueta had crap games. Can’t really comment on that, apart from the radio commentators had nothing but praise for Paqueta. Bad news about Potts.
I did see footage of the pre-match protest against the board. Various reports of the numbers of protestors, but it looked to me there were several thousand. This is encouraging, since some were expecting a drop of support after last week’s victory. SULLIVAN/BRADY OUT!
08 Nov 2025 06:42:51
I’m not so sure about “handsomely”. I don’t think it’ll be easy, but if Nuno starts with the same XI, we should take the points. If the rumour he plans to start with Soucek in place of Fernandes is true, then we have problems.
07 Nov 2025 23:23:33
Yep, somebody needs to make the tea and sweep up.
