It's early Thursday afternoon. I have not yet looked at the latest WHU news, but my guess is that Danny Ings will start this evening in place of Antonio. I can't hope that Moyes has a brainstorm and starts Mubama and Kudus in the same line up. My money is on Mo Kudus starting against the Greek side and Dino should also figure. Expect to see Cresswell at some point, if not from the start, and Cornet will also appear. However, football is a strange sport and Moyes might surprise us, but I expect to see the nucleus of his usual senior bench warmers getting some exercise tonight. Same old, same old.

We have had such a great window, so forgive me with this one observation. Seemingly, West ham are now furious that we have a game on Deadline day. David Moyes wanted to have Danny Ings, Maxwel Cornet, Pablo Fornals and Ben Johnson on his bench, however, he can't because if a club comes in for one of them at 9pm, he can't take them off the bench and tell them to go get changed?

Now for me, how long have we known that the transfer deadline is today and how long have we known we have a fixture today? SURELY as a PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM churning over MILLIONS of pounds a year, we must have had a contingency plan? We've known about it for long enough for gods sake

Ward-Prowse, Maguire and Alvarez (never seen him play). These are good solid signings. If we lose Pacquetta, which is likely and understandable, then hopefully we get Gallagher and Balogun. Our side will be pretty decent: Ariola, Kehlar, Zouma, Aguerd, Maguire, Ward-Prowse, Alvarez, Bowen, Gallagher, Benny, Balogun. Probably a 1-4-2-3-1 formation. This would be a vast improvement on last seasons 11. It would certainly be a side capable of 7th or 8th.
