Morning, I also think Stones would be a good signing, but who would you drop, not unless Moyes is thinking of 3 at the back?

He can play at right back, too. We know that Johnson can cover both sides.

He’d be a cracking buy. 3 at the back makes sense, and when ones injured me revert to 442.

His wage demands would be way outside our salary structure. Manchester City players are so tough to sign due to their ludicrous contracts given to them. He’s probably on north of 150k per week. We can not afford to be giving out a contract like that during this time, as well as paying a large transfer fee in £20m.

Completely unrealistic. Duffy would be much more realistic, I’d personally be quite happy if we signed him. Stones is also horrible at RB. Why buy a player like that and then play him out of position?

Our best bit of business this window will be the permanent signing of Soucek and IF we can manage to hold onto Declan.

We'd never get Dunk, aren't Chelsea in for him? Duffy will end up at Celtic I reckon.

Seems diop in his way to first bidder for £45m so clearly if we could get a free agent cb it might give moyes some cash to play with.
