Morning All
I honestly think we should save the remaining money we have, then sack the manager and his followers.
Once we have the man we need, we should give him the money in January to strengthen where he sees we need it.
I watched the game yesterday and we have a good squad of players. the one thing I did see that was concerning, is that when we had the ball the players looked lost and uncomfortable in possession, they also didn't seem to know how to progress forward.
The players that stood out for me and are exciting we're

Creswell
Rice (shouldn't have been taken off)
The rest looked lost

Also there reg, and yes looked lost going forward, very few runs off the ball when we did have the ball. Out of time in the market and ed is right January is a hard and often bad market . Plan z anyone? Still time to get WC and some defence, and someone who wants the ball!

If we wait until January, it might be too late and Ed002 is exactly right about the January window. I have supported the Irons since 1963 and I can honestly say that this is one of the few times I have been really worried.
Rice had to be replaced yesterday because his confidence was shot after his mistake of trying to play the ball out of defence. Although I'm not a big fan of Joe Hart, I was impressed by his effort to encourage young Declan after the first goal.
Pundits keep going on about "you can't sack a manager after only 3 games", but it's not, is it? They overlook the poor season we had last year and the recent dreadful pre-season where we shipped goals. For our only victory in recent weeks, we looked pedestrian against low opposition. There is an obvious problem with our defence which is a shambles. The experienced Zabaleta is past it and has been no help. Same for good old 'Ginge'. Our midfield struggles and will continue to do so with Noble in the side. It's no good having a top class striker like Hernandez if nobody gives him the ball. Something has to be done now, before we become this season's laughing stock.

There are a lot of fans who only the read the site and don't post, as IronMike said there are some who want SB gone and some want him to remain.
The team are playing no different from last season, I can not see him changing his tactics or dropping some of the players who are not up to the task ahead.
