HI fellas, TOMORROW morning SLAV is going to tell DGS of his plan to turn things round following today's meeting, good luck! FRANKLY I cannot see the point in this ITS just prolonging the agony IThink DGS had a shell shock after this mornings phone call to Mike Ashley, and find out just how much it's going to cost to get Benitez SO it will probably roll on Huddersfield and WBA, next, OK let's see what happens IN the market, just four days to go now, Carvalho yes No maybe, we shall soon find out. What was yesterday's meeting all about then, surely Slav would've told DGS of his plan then, why do they need ANOTHER meeting, Slav hasn't got the balls to drop Noble for a start, so I would like to see this plan of his.

Hi Mike, do you think we will spend before the window shuts?, I can hear the excuses now from sully we tried 24 7 the manager only wanted 1 more player and we couldn't agree a fee the managers happy with his squad, even though we all know the squad is terribly thin so other words sully will put the blame on bilic if his still here.

I agree Mike, what is the point to all these meeting as in last season with SB saying I know what's wrong and how to fix it, surely the style of play and tactics would have been sorted before the seasons started or at least to a point, I really don't see where we go from here, IMO our squad abeit 2 areas need strengthening we all know where, is not to bad at all, but nothing is there if makes sense, . What do the board and SB do?, win a game lose two and have another meeting?, I hate to say it and I do like SB but I can not see any option but to change, we may beat H Field but if we lose against WBA than what another meeting? No I think it's time based on last season and the start of this a fresh team of management come in to settle this shambles, bring back confidence and hopefully move forward. I don't know who but the longer this continues the harder it will be to catch up.

If Bilic has a plan to solve our problems, why has it not been implemented already? It was plainly obvious to everyone and his mother that we need changes in defence and midfield. Bilic and his gang are professional coaches for Christ's sake! I don't think there is a plan B. It sounds like excuses and time wasting because the David's might have to put their hands in their pockets and pay big money. Who wanted to bring in Fonte, Snodgrass, Ayew, Matsuaku, etc.? They must have been on Bilic's shopping list. That is an indication of how good our manager is. Nice bloke, but clueless. Time for a change. now! If they've got the balls and the money. If not, let's hope someone who has comes along. Don't hold your breath.

Because Stevie I think that's the only person they have in mind, I would love to know what was said and much the Don of the cockney mafia quoted in compensation, Rafa could always resign but do not think that will happen, so what do we do? The DGS decided to stick with SB this season fair enough now they need to make a defined decision stick or twist, BUT if they stick and after 5 matches we have a point than what? Especially as the lower teams are getting points already.

Just look at Leicester. Even though ranieri won the league. they noticed something was wrong. changed it quickly before it became an issue. The players have lost motivation. What they need is a new mnager with fresh dead and a bit of motivation to give the players a kick up the backside and a reason to perform and play their heart out otherwise its bye bye you're out of the team.

And of course with the poor start we've had we now have to be looking at survival. Build is a nice bloke but we don't need a nice bloke. We need a ruthless tactician who will make big decisions and who can get us organised and disciplined.

They should just pay the £5m for Rafa, and who knows it could be the signing of the season, they've obviously got the money so use it, Rafa has won trophies and given backing in transfer windows (which he will get with West Ham) could turn out to be a snip at £5m?
