TK, realist Chelmsford here, lose as usual mate, loved to be proved wrong but not seeing it through rose coloured glasses! Yeah Everton have a fair few missing but it’s never been a good hunting ground for us (would have been just slightly better if a certain man named Paulo didn’t decide to catch the ball one day instead of knocking it home) . So I think a loss just hoping we get tighter at the back and the midfield works harder. Stop giving away easy goals and we can start to build.

Cress/ Masuaku - i'd be happy with either to be honest. Masuaku seems to work better with Anderson and we certainly need Anderson to turn up on Sunday. But Cress does seem slightly more defensively sound and we will need that away from home vs a team we have a poor record against. Coleman is injured so we need to take advantage down our left, maybe Masuaku?
Rice/ Noble - Again either would be ok with me. We need Noble's leadership and drive, even if just for 60 mins. But then Rice is also a determined character and will be better for the Liverpool game. Plus I love to see young players come through. We just need someone to keep Sigurdson quiet.
I would be interested to know what people think on Zaba or Fredricks. I really like Fredricks and think he will be a great player, but i think we have too many faces in the team who are both new to WHU and new to the PL at the moment. Better to phase them in slower than put them all in at once. I think Zaba is the one to go with in this game because of his experience and consistency. But at the same time Baines is not the quickest, so our right side is equally as important to take advantage of. Zaba gets it for me though, you know what you are guna get with him.
Id just like to see MP shore up that midfield a little and not play Jack in a midfield 2 from the start. That for me would be progress!

If MP doesn't work out Chelms then let's apply as a group! Ironmike can handle the press and finances, you can do the team talks and Phil can do recruitment. Braithwaite will at last be in the squad, we can all get nice pay rises from our current day jobs and save DGS millions!
We could even run a reality TV show on it, with profits going to the LLDC to help reduce the taxpayer's burden!

And with me recruiting there would be some serious changes. I'd adopt the klopp philosophy with fast front 3 supported by wing backs who can actually defend and 2 cdm covering the defence against quick counter attacks.
