Calafiori is a pipe dream. He has much better options than WH let’s be honest although WH may offer more playing time. Also don’t imagine he’d be much cheaper given the amount of interest in him (Chelsea, Juventus, Liverpool etc) also believe he wants to stay in Italy on top of all that.

Chelsea would likely let Sarr leave for free to just get him off the books. Chalobah I believe is only on 40k~ roughly.
Calafiori would probably be north of £30m easily since Bologna have no need to sell.

Villa paid like 30-35m for Watkins from the championship so Abraham has to be worth more. Zouma + Abraham + maybe 10m max would be the swap for Rice.

Can’t see any side in the world paying £150m for him or even 100m. The option has to be agreed with Rice, the club can’t unilaterally extend his contract by a year without his approval
