RLC is supposed to be struggling with a back injury. I think Cudiccini said in an interview he may have to have a long period of rest to recover.

Yes he used to play for Villa.
Pleased with Perez. He’s great value and better than Carroll and Hugill.
Disappointed we didn’t manage to get Bernard. But with 2 signings expected, one being Perez, the need is for that defensive player.
Pretty underwhelmed with Sanchez. Thought we could get better, even someone out of favour, on loan.

I wouldn’t get too worked up about it. For a start it’s SSN so of questionable accuracy. If it’s an unacceptable offer we won’t sell. Everton, if they have bid, will know we want to sift him and chance their luck with a low offer. What’s the worst that can happen? We say “noâ€. Or they get a bargain.
Maybe Oxford’s agent is trying to get his name in the press and passing stories to Sky is a good way of doing it. But let’s not get too worked up over it.

You know what they say. “buy cheap, buy twiceâ€. Look how well it’s served us buying Hugill. Don’t comapromise if we can’t afford who we want. Get someone in on loan (we’re likely to get a better quality of player) and wait until we have the money.

I love how C&H says with certainty that there will be no more first team outgoings ie Obiang because it doesn’t leave TIME to get a replacement. We have 9 days to source one. A deal can be knocked up in no time if all parties want it and are happy.
