We need a new leader, I know it won't happen but I would like someone like Julian Naglesmann think he would work well with Steidten both ex German footballers, young and would play good attacking football and I think he's available ?

Steve, it doesn't have to be someone not currently employed. We got £105 million for Declan Rice. It doesn't have to all go on a player (s) . Why don't we negotiate for someone like Carrick or Alonso and pay compensation? Money well spent now would be an investment for the future. More than millions for players reaching the wrong end of their playing careers.

At least you have offered a suggestion Stevie66. Unfortunately I don’t see Nagelsman taking such a step down. But thank you for offering an actual alternative to the manager.

I’m still waiting for the others to do the same. Been 3 days now…

A reason why nobody answered you MIKE LMFAO

I’m asking for you to provide alternative managers and you can’t.

Don’t be ridiculous Mike. I’ve only just stopped laughing. The answer is just about anyone.

Why wouldn't Julian Nagelsmann want to manage West Ham? How is it a step down from being unemployed?

That said, there's no way on God's green earth that Sully would even contemplate a manager who's not got decades worth of experience churning out soul-sucking turgid dross week in week out.

That's why in Sully's mind, Graham Potter isn't suitable even though anyone with even a remote idea about how football works knows he would absolutely smash it for us in comparison to Moyes.

Potter would suit us. I would not touch Carrick with a barge pole, too inexperienced. This is the year we’ll find if Carrick is good because over the summer many of his players have gone and he’s had to recruit. Chelsea were comfortably the best team I saw at London Stadium last year, how they didn’t beat us 6 or 7 - 1 is a mystery. Couple of my friends are Chelsea fans and they said the football was excellent under Potter and they were a striker away from being complete. Anyway, Moyse is our manager so we should get behind him and the team. Has anyone considered we may do reasonably well this year?

Soccer, agree with you 100%?Great to see a positive post on here with some other refreshing ones, instead of all the usual moaners that dominate on here lately, constantly repeating the same old claptrap that they have said on numerous posts before, well said?To be honest I rarely contribute on here now due to the continuing negativity posted! ⚒⚒⚒⚒

Same old, same old. The problem, mate, is the so-called negative moaning is because nothing has changed. Of course we are moaning. Nothing is going right. And it’s not just this site. The justified criticism has grown so much, it’s right across the whole spectrum of WHU influenced sites and publications.

Yeah but bloody hell mate as you say, same old, same old from you and some other posters!
I want DM out as well, our Football has been rubbish at times, but to keep saying it on every single post, plus get this one, get that one, get this Manager, get that Manager, it’s like a kids letter to Father ??!
Sorry to be so blunt but no other way I can say it!

Plus a new Manager is not necessarily going to propel us up the PL, but just to get us playing entertaining Football as long as we stay in the PL!

Chelmsford, great to see you post on here again. You are a stalwart of the site! I don’t come on here so much anymore and when I do it’s generally to see if Eds 1 and 2 have got updates for us. We all know who the whinge bags are, they did it all last season and will continue to do so as they actually seem to enjoy winding each other up.

Thing is they are forcing the “glass half full posters” such as yourself, Coyi64, Mikesiron and many others to leave and in my opinion actually bullied Markwhu off the site . I’ve got no problem naming and shaming them
Tinlegs, Oshee and Daisyhammer are the main culprits but there are others …

Dabber, thank you?Agree with your names, got quite annoying for me to see the same people dominating on here, but of course it is a free site to say what you like as many times as you like, but I am glass half full in all my life thoughts, especially when you know we can change absolutely nothing! ??⚒⚒⚒⚒⚒

Absolutely Chelmsford, glass half full people tolerate the lows in order to enjoy the highs! Supporting West Ham has and will always be a rollercoaster which none of us can get off, people should just enjoy the ride as opposed to crying about it! Stay posting on here feller otherwise they win! ?

TinLegs, You would hang your hat on an unproven manager in Michael Carrick. It’s a huge gamble, which is always easier when it isn’t your money. Provide another alternative to Moyes.

Potter I am not so sure on. West Ham might suit him. But the way De Zerbi has elevated Brighton doesn’t look favourably on Potter. Chelsea, although difficult was also a disaster. I think we can do better. Although he would come with a point to prove.

Finally, on Nagelsman, from Bayern Munich to West Ham is a step down there is no question. I think the primary issue would be he would like to manage a Champions League club, hence he rejected Tottenham.

Re the original premise here of "needing a new leader". By almost all accounts the problem now seems to be, in fact ; Too Many Chiefs and Not Enough Indians.
