Doesn’t work quite like that, because FA can say something like if Player got injured he wouldn’t have been able to transfer to Man City anyway, However WH would be foolish NOT to make a case against the FA, based on all probabilities, the transfer would have been concluded, they obviously have the records, also the backing and support to the player etc, as well as huge legal fees, WH would be foolish to let this go, the FA need to be taught an expensive lesson, WH and Paqueta have the right man for the legal job, this is his cup of tea, the FA have made fools of themselves,
