Looks like we are getting some of the Nuts and Bolts now, Potter has refused the six month deal on offer full stop, , that deal only included, he would be first in line for a new deal should he get WHsafe, Potter talks have ceased for today, Potter is willing to do the six months but only, if he gets a cast iron 2 year contract, 3rd year optional, should WH be safe last day of season, In my own opinion, I think this is perfectly reasonable, can't see what Sullivan wants, majority of would be managers won't come until seasons end, although he's not been mentioned, apparently Carrick, would take the job, but not for 5 months, sodi liar situation, I think Sullivan is boxing himself into a corner, WH are in a precarious position with position shortages all over the field, . Loppy was a ridiculous appointment, now he's making even more of a mess of the whole situation, Don't know salaries asked, but it doesn't have any bearing on the issues

I heard Sullivan offered the same 6 month deal to Fonseca who also said No! . At this rate we won't have a manager

Fonseca wants more money than potter, so I understand, at this time, However common sense is going to tell you, no one is giving their all for six months, to allow another manager to take the benefit, Sullivan needs to lie down in a dark room with ice pack on his head, looks like he's getting it all wrong again

Only manager desperate enough to take a 6 month deal would be Cooper and we know sullivan likes him for some reason. Probably because he's cheap and if he does well against everyone's expectations it will make sullivan look good. Similarly what happened with Moyes.

This is all his making as you point out. Supposedly a good businessman but he's put himself into a very weak position

This smacks of relegation.

If Sullivan can’t sort something external, ask Nobes to do it for the rest of this season.

Graham Potter is closing in on becoming the next West Ham manager after further talks. What amazes me with all this is LOP hasn't been sacked yet!

It does seem ridiculous. The die is cast they are talking to other potential coaches yet the current man is still in his job. It ain’t good for him and isn’t good for us as we are on the verge of playing in the 3rd round of the cup, likely to lose but our only possible chance of anything out of this dire season. So it goes without saying that someone from inside the club should be in charge for that game.
