Matt law saying rice is 100% going this summer which I think we all have conceded especially considering our regression, what is shocking is he thinks it will be for about 70m for me that's criminal if we sell him for that.

I think Rice will go to Chelsea in the summer. The big rumour though is Napoli may come in for Scamacca in January. He cannot be happy with his move to the premiership, mainly due to the way Moyse has deployed him, and who would blame him if he was given a chance to return home? I don’t think it will happen though. For a start, WH would want a replacement before losing him, and who wants to come here? More reason to get a new manager in post BEFORE the January window, not halfsay through it.

Yeah I see Scamacca is being followed by Napoli as a potential replacement for star striker Victor Osimhen. To be honest, I quite like him but the way Moyes sets us up doesn't suit him. We need pacey strikers up front instead of tall, limbering strikers. SOucek might be ditched for Gerson

Talk of Graham Potter allowing Pulisic to leave Chelsea at a reasonable fee. WH should be snapping his arm off to bring the American to East London. A talented young player with pace. If only.

I like him but wages could be an issue and Moyes would never have a player like that in his squad

The first report I had read regarding Scammaca was that Napoli may look at him to replace Osimhen but they won't sell Osimhen in January anyway.

Disappointed with the whole Rice scenario I think if we got champions league he might have signed and extention on his contact. Unfortunately we just couldn't quite make it. The big mistake for me always comes back to making no signings in Jan thinks could have been very different.

I agree. We desperately needed a striker and Moyes should have stopped around with Pushing Rice forward and allowed Soucek to play his natural box to box midfield position.

Believe it when I see it. They have no replacement, although I did see we were linked woth dyche and Gerrard?

Gerrard would be a disaster. I did see somewhere the suggestion that Mark Noble could be appointed as caretaker with someone like Dyche as his assistant! Noooooo!

Roberto Martinez is the new name if MOYES is sacked. He wouldn't be my first choice as he hasn't set the world on fire anywhere, but I may prefer him over MOYES. I'd still like us to try for Thomas Frank

Unforunately Moyes is going nowhere because they can't get a suitable replacement

Southgate would have been high on the agenda, but as that useless incompetent twit is staying in his current role (surprise, surprise) he has forgone the agony that he would have put us through as our manager before the board realised their mistake. Hopefully, by the time the FA come to their senses after we get ejected from the Euros in 2024, we'll have a new coach in place. Let's hope he's a decent choice.
