I personally think if Potter hadn't insisted in playing " No hands" in goal and JWP, we wouldn't be in so much mess. No hands was at fault for 2 of the goals against Sunderland and at least 3 of the Chelsea goals. JWP just prevents play progressing. If we had lost 1-0 to Sunderland maybe 2-1 to Chelsea the mood wouldn't be so bad. Will Potter learn from this 100% not.

NO, Potter doesn’t learn anything, if he could he has had months to do so, the job is just far too big for him, where we are, is the direct result, of him being manager, he is incapable of proper organisation
Can he save WH from relegation NO, Can another manager, maybe, just maybe,
but it’s going to be very difficult
Longer he stays in the job the worse it will get

IVE watched all the premiership teams now as I’m sure you have,
Majority of our players , are as good, as Leeds, Everton, Burnley Sunderland Brentford, Wolves simple truth, is they, are far better organised than us

WH presently have enough to survive, not any more than that
The club needs drastic change, and massive surgery in the long term
Potters not the man for that
Sullivans been a hinderance to WH that’s being polite, but the ONLY thing he doesn’t interfere with is the running of and team affairs, that’s Potter

Bit rough for the new keeper, he should have been brought in for the cup game at wolves not thrown in at the deep end like he has been, should have kept areola as number 1, used the new guy for cups until he proved himself or until areola messed up. But the fact he keeps playing Just Walking Pace is baffling me. Potts and the other young lad we played in pre season should be playing. Our defence can’t win headers which is a joke. Killman was never worth £40m. I mean I could go on all day but I just don’t want to piss myself off anymore. I’m really not looking forward to going down to a game, especially traveling from where I live, and that’s bad when your own fans don’t want to go to games. Something has to change man, I was fully behind the hiring of potter, I hold my hands up to it, but now I really think he has to go, I think the board have to sell now if I’m honest. They are the main poison at our club, we have about a week to bring in a lot to change our team, I truly feel that if something isn’t done soon, be it players in/out, manager in/out or board out, we are going to be relegated, and I fear if we go down I don’t know what will happen to us. I know I’m asking a lot but if I’m thinking this and others on here are thinking this then you can bet your arse most fans are.

I think it is symptomatic of Potters whole tenure. In his wisdom he saw a new goal keeper as a greatest need. He was the only person in the world that thought that. I also find it amusing that the last manager fell out with a few of the bigger personalities in the squad, that speak their mind (Kudus, Alvarez) many on here said the manager was out of order, and he needs to go.Then when the same players fell out with potter before the season started many came to Potters defence saying we need to get rid of bad apples! As a result we have lost 2 of our best players which is going to make this season so difficult. Whilst he seems mr nice guy he obviously doesn’t appreciate others having an opinion and acts like a child when they do, at least the last guy still played them in the matches.
Sullivan and Brady are the biggest problem at our club but this fella is so bad and out of his depth it’s unbelievable.
I think joyfuls comments about player for player we are as good as the 3 promoted teams plus a few other. I want to see this guy gone asap I just hope as a stop gap we can get someone half decent to organise us to steady the ship and get us to play.

Constructive question. Who do we replace Potter with? I can't think of anyone that's available apart from Postecoglou who was a disaster.

I'm watching Everton in their new stadium and realise how badly managed we have been. No stadium, ownership bleeding the club dry, year after year of bad decisions.
Only the Qataris can save us now.

I personally don’t have any good suggestions. We all know the sort of man Sully will bring in Steve cooper or Dyche! I love postacoglous cavalier approach but he would be a disaster with our squad and what is so bad about our last 3 managers is that they have no plan B.
I will randomly chuck in a couple of names
Liam Rosenior
Carrick (but let’s face it he wasn’t very good at borro)
McKenna, my worry is again no plan B
Other option someone from within the club as a temporary measure
If we had a system like Brighton or Bournemouth a DOF would be preparing the club for change of manager if required. They would know far more about world and European football than the likes of me

We all know it’s not going to happen, but what is required is a complete change. Apart from new owners, we need a new director of football, a new head coach with PI conditions in his contract, and several new players. We have to bite the bullet and be prepared to pay compensation for a decent coach, instead of only looking at unemployed coaches. Until this happens we are stuck on the same merry-go-round and will soon disappear up our own arseholes.
