Decision on Paqueta today. If he is found innocent I'll bet he is gone within a week, possibly man city where Pep can get himself a bargain.
Possible swap for Macatee maybe?

IF he’s found innocent? Expect him to sue the FA for big money, if he’s guilty expect a hearing in Lausanne, at the arbitration sports council, both cases are prepared, If he’s found innocent WH. Would be foolish NOT to sue the FA, for millions, so whatever happens, you havnt heard the last of this case

If he’s found innocent, or not proven etc, etc, both he and West Ham will sue the FA.
If he’s found guilty, he’ll appeal.

He can play until his appeal is heard?
I'd imagine this Is what's holding up the moves for midfield targets.
I really don't think we should be selling him on the cheap either, but I have little faith.
Also didn't city put a ridiculous 60m price tag on mcatee

I am not sure that is correct as there was an open letter sent to FA on clubs behalf yesterday I think that’s what everyone is confused with. last I heard the verdict won’t be till February

If they are not making a decision till February then every sing FA board member should resign because there is no justification for taking 3 years to conclude an investigation in fact 3 months us too long in my opinion this has been a witch hunt from the start. If bookies don't like it don't take bets on what can be cheated on. As usual everything is in favour of the bookies

And let's not forget the 100 or so charges brought against city? What happened there?

Manc City is different as that is the Premier League who are claiming City broke financial rules I believe there was a hearing last year about it with decision in March but nothing heard since as far as I am aware
