Guys there's a saying that if you stand too close to an elephant you won't be able to see it's an elephant just grey . Bilic can't see whether it's an Elephant, Rhino or Hippo regardless as to where he stands! We need a new Manager with a new pair of eyes looking at what we have! Bilic, Fonte, Noble out Mancini, Kone/ Sakho, Carvalho in should just about do it for me .

Your points are well made Gkg66 and I value your difference of opinion, this is after all a debating site amongst other things, your not a spoiler. I just think Goalkeepers can get better with age and generally go through phases in performance relating to confidence. Time will tell but my gut feeling is that Hart will come good . here's hoping anyway! 😀.

Gkg66 and merceri in my opinion you are both pretty much spot on apart from your comments about Hart. Out of the 7 goals scored against us I don't see any of them being Harts fault. He isn't as vocal as he's been in the past but then when he was for England last Summer people said that he was too wound up and causing tension throughout the team in the tunnel . the guy can't win. Adrian was replaced by Randolph for a lot of last season due to poor form and mistakes yet everyone now thinks he could be the messiah. In my opinion and it's only my opinion Hart is a class above Adrian and once settled will prove it.

He didn't stop running until his legs gave up and was throwing himself into shot blocks . or was I watching another game in which Joe Hart was to blame for all of their goals erm I don't think so.

I really like Bilic as an individual in that he comes across as a very nice bloke but I have to say it's time for him to go. We have made some great signings this window and released players that we all thought were not up to standard yet in the cold light of day what has changed from the last game of last season and the first of this . nothing! As soon as we let a goal in all the fight and confidence is zapped from us. Bilic doesn't seem to be able to inspire the side or change things in a positive way. If he isn't replaced sooner rather than later we will just drift into a season that's a replica of last. Even his post match interviews are carbon copies of the ones he gave last season . "we will just train harder this week"
