I really like Bilic as an individual in that he comes across as a very nice bloke but I have to say it's time for him to go. We have made some great signings this window and released players that we all thought were not up to standard yet in the cold light of day what has changed from the last game of last season and the first of this . nothing! As soon as we let a goal in all the fight and confidence is zapped from us. Bilic doesn't seem to be able to inspire the side or change things in a positive way. If he isn't replaced sooner rather than later we will just drift into a season that's a replica of last. Even his post match interviews are carbon copies of the ones he gave last season . "we will just train harder this week"

We cannot buy our way up the league Mike ( you know this ) we need to grind it out push hard and attract new stars through playing euro football, if we don't have the squad to turn the world do we need new tactics to make the most of what we do have?

Gkg. Noble and Ayew wouldn't have played if Antonio, Lanzini and Kouyate were fit, but they weren't. So who would you have played in their place. You can sack an manager but it doesn't "uninjure" players does it? You mentioned silly comments COYI64 and you made the most ridicolous one sacking the manager doesn't uninsured players slaves just doesn't get the best out of players in my opinion norveilt has played every game for hoffenhiem and couldn't get into our team and don't tell me hoffenhiem aren't a decent team like monchengladbach they are and he was a starter for both teams coincidence or not? P. s I have a lot of respect for billic as a man and a player and has west hams best interest at heart like noble is that enough to guarantee success not for me or the majority of die hard hammers that know the game.
