HI fellas. LISTEN TO THIS, conversation of this morning, AS you all know WH and Chelsea talking over the loan of Batshuayi terms approx loan for one year 3m and a fixed price to buy of 25m OK he's NOT everybody's idea of what we need at present myself included BUT THEN WH say what about NO LOAN outright buy at a cheaper price say 20m NOW WAIT A MINUTE here. The player has for me looked poor very raw etc. MAYBE Simone Zara in disguise, SURELY take the loan for a year then you can find out if the player is up to it or not OK if he makes it you havefirst refusal and a fixed price buy him, IF NOT send him back no damage done, WH cannot take a chance in this What for me is still an unproven player I would appreciate your thoughts, regards IRONMIKE.

Couldn't agree more Mike he hasn't impressed me at all since joining cHilsea and the fact that conte didn't pick him when Costa was suspended and instead wenth withour a striker says a lot loan with first refusal all the way for me.

I wouldn't mind signing Batshuayi permanently this summer. Signing him and Defoe would be two good signings up front.

We were all saying last summer that we should buy him, I think he was more of a risk last year than he is this, purely because now he has had a year in England and has that bit of experience. I also think he has something to prove in England as he hasn't really been given a fair chance at Chelsea this year.

Also, if we buy Batshuayi this summer it'll allow us to be in the race for Kurt Zouma on loan. I think he'd be a decent signing.

I said a few weeks back, I'd buy Batshuayi outright this summer and look to take Iheanacho from Manchester City on loan with an option to buy. That would still be my preferred option.

Sign Kurt Zouma on loan, add Sigurdsson on a permanent deal from Swansea and a decent right back and I think we'll be in good stead.

I agree Mike that the loan option seems to be the most sensible, try before you buy. SB and DGS have seen something in him that they really like and want to commit to. Maybe the feeling is that loanees sometimes don't perform to potential due to not being 100% committed to the club.

look how many we have sent back early over the past few seasons Zaza, Jenkinson, Toure (would have gone home if not injured) . My gut feeling is that he's young, pacy and had enough about him to attract Chelsea last season. Buy him now and save £8m .

Hi Mike, if we did buy him after a loan has the £3m got to come off of the £25m making the price £22m or is it £25m plus the £3m loan making it £28m therefore DGS trying to save £8m, but either way I think They should try before they buy.

I can see both sides to this coin, yes your right, why pay now when you can pay a small sum of 3m to see if he is any good, and if d he is than pay the £25m next season for a permanent deal, if not he can go back to Chelsea

BUT if we buy him for £20m now if he turns out to be a massive hit we have a steal, but if he turns out to be a flop i'm sure some other team in Europe will cough up at least £20m for him and all we would lose out is his salary.

I do not think it is a bad gamble as if he shines in a couple seasons he may be worth £40m, maybe that what the DGS are looking.

Hold on I thought the general consensus was the loan to buys were poor business and showed no intent. Now we want the loan to buy. Dgs must feel like they can't do right lol.

I'm not sayin it ain't, although I think zaza was on a hiding to nothing only havin 10 games to prove himself in a struggling team, it's just people criticised the fact we weren't going out and buying the players we wanted and now we want the loan to buy?

I think we need to identify who we want and just commit to the signing, that way they will be more committed to the team and can't look for an escape route back if they don't fancy it. I think Batshuayi would be a good signing and if it's who slav wants for 20m let's do it.

Chelsea have said they will not loan out batshuyai only sell.
