shocking referee performance- Newcastle should have been down to 10 men.
Emerson gets a card - Almiron does exactly the same thing - no card-their first goal from the iffy free kick was another joke decision - I thought we did well to come back from 2-1 considering the game was on thursday - if only Benny or Alvarez had gambled in the last minute or so -

Agree, ref had a shocker Bruno should have been sent off. Thought Antonio was poor again and Aguerd I believe needs a rest from the team. Great goal from Mo. Would have taken a point before kick off so I guess I am not too disappointed.

Despite the referee's performance it was a good point. Neither side deserved to win. Two good sides. We gave 100%, having had one day less to prepare for the match. Kudus played well when he came on. I think Antonio should now start games to 'soften' up defenders, and Kudus brought on at half-time. I think our team is very good. Our midfield of Soucek, Pacquetta, Prowse, Alvarez and Bowen is the best midfield I've seen us have.

Ant would be in the starting line up while he is fit for me, but of course Kudus is a great young prospect, so good to know he is there when it’s time to sub Ant, he’s 33 now and running out of time, but still does a great job roughing up the opposition, so I can see the reason for that! You bet I’m angry. I’m angry at a coach who is not only incompetent, but takes credit when it’s unjustified. I’m angry at the poorest refereeing I’ve seen for an age at this level. Sarcasm? Strange how that’s the very thing I suggested you were guilty of.
You mistake my identification of nonsense as insulting. If something is stupid, I’ll say so.
As for your continuous praising of Antonio - wake up and smell the coffee. He is no longer fulfilling the role of striker to a standard expected at this level. No matter how ineffective he is, you still think his lack of goals, shots and assists should keep out another player waiting in the wings, who is clearly more talented, has proved himself at Ajax and now here, and actually scores goals while staying upright!
You and I have differing opinions, but I don’t make empty gestures by making futile declarations of ignoring posts and then immediately proceeding to do the exact opposite! I have no problem with our differing opinions. After all, that’s what discussion is all about.

So easy to criticise, but I’m sure all Sully wants is to to stay in PL obviously when it comes to sell? We have made some solid and exciting signings from the Rice sale that has improved us considerably? Keeping a squad of millionaires happy, some with large egos must be a difficult job, most want first team Football and May be unwilling to accept less!

I'm not taking sides but I do agree with tinny that with a better coach we would be a far better team with more than 40% possesion in games especially at home and at one point in the game NEWCASTLE had 78% possesion and I don't care what team you have if you are continuing to have them stats you won't get away with it against most teams in the premier league, and for us not to have signed a direct replacement for SCAMACCA is totally unprofessional and careless is an understatement and MUBAMA should wear DVT stockings sitting in the same position for 90 mins every game its scandalous he hasn't been given more gametime as he has undoubted ability.⚒⚒⚒
