A senior insider said that he will be in charge for Bournemouth and he will be judged on league performance not pre season friendlies!

Of course, no manager is judged on pre season. That is a ludicrous concept. Using that logic, Tottenham win the Audi Cup and have a great season every year.

Judge on league performance? We've been poor in the league since Jan 2022.

I know the results don't matter in preseason but the performances do and I've seen nothing that shows we've made any improvements or that we are going to try something different, we look devoid of ideas the body language of the players is generally poor they look sick. It's hard enough watching Moyesball imagine playing in it.

Exactly; the down to earth folks on here don't believe in a magic wand unless they can see some reason for change and improvements to come. As whom would deliberately play badly and below their best? I am probably seen as a major cynic on here; but I actually don't like to believe in deliberate failure even now.

What's your prediction for Saturdays game at AFC mike as I'd be staggered were we to get a point let alone win and I ain't being a defeatist but I don't think our better players are with the manager mike what's your score prediction and views on players pulling for the manager i.e PAQUETA, BOWEN, BENRHAMA etc.⚒⚒⚒
