Sullivan has decided unilaterally that we're good enough to finish 17th after yesterday and as such I'm doubting we'll sign anyone. Had we lost, then maybe we'd have got a couple of no-marque, knee jerk reaction, desperation signings in. Ah well, all we have to wish for is no injuries or suspensions to any of the 1st XI (apart from JWP - I mean as a first team player, I'm not wishing injury on him) between now and May.

In a way we are back to square one squad wise. When Moyes left we desperately needed to increase the size of the squad. It has now been shrunk back down with Sully’s meddling. The only slight saving grace is it might be a bit younger.
