Dump Potter immediately. Keeping him is literally pointless.

Put Noble in charge temporarily and give the club plenty of time to seek a new manager/head coach.

Noble has been asked previously, he has categorically asked not to be involved outside the dressing room, he doesn’t want that responsibility
But he may be persuaded to work, up front with a new manager in place, that is a small possibility
As you know, informal talks with Ipswich manager have taken place, I understand a meeting has been arranged, with De Santo at Sullivans home, and strangely enough, Oneils name has crept in, ? and of course, there’s many others
Whomever comes in, all the blame will be on Potter as a scapegoat, but WH as a club, can’t keep on like this
It can only end badly

With a few managers out of work Sullivan wouldn’t go for a manager already at another club it would mean paying potter off and also paying compensation for a manager at another club, don’t think Sullivan would do that when Nuno and Mourinho are sitting there.

I have this gut feeling that there’ll be some movement in the boardroom soon. Whether it’s Brady, Sullivan or Kretinsky, I don’t know, but I can’t see anything happening on the manager front before that.
