Perhaps are next manager ought to be appointed on a smallish wage/salary with massive results bonuses.

*our next manager
It’s been a long day.

I’ve been saying for months we need a football director and a coach on a contract with PI conditions.

I'd like to see Scott Parker brought in, knows the club and seems to understand tactics and defensive coaching while still playing in a positive manner.

We are in the brown stuff and need someone with experience. I'd offer Jose a contract until 1st June 2026. He has a home in London and would jump at the chance. We don't want anyone with limited experience. Jose would get an immediate reaction from the players because of who he is.

Jose is a busted flush his best days are long behind him.
He may be better in the short term (hardly anybody could be worse than Potter) but long term he will be divisive, fall out with players and overall it will be all about him. Oh and his football is as dull as dish water

Will Still would be a riot.

We aren't going to get a manager that plays expansive football, our current backs against the wall predicament gives sullivan the green light to go for a damage limitation manage who will do nothing but keep us up ( if we are lucky) then he will give them a 2 year deal as a thank you, Welcome to West ham Sean Dyche

Somehow I feel it won’t be Dyche.

I hope you are right Tin. I do tend to agree, even Sullivan must see the trouble that is brewing on and off the field. By employing cooper or Dyche he will be throwing petrol on the fire.
