Who were our last proper striker pairing, was it Valencia and Sakho

I'd say the last striker we actually signed that was decent for us and was exactly what we needed was Arnautovic

However, there have been a few since Valencia and Sakho were signed ten years ago, we just haven't played to their strengths; Haller, Scamacca and Chicharito are the three that really irritate me as they were decent players but we wanted them to be something they aren't.

We have played with one striker for a long period to be honest sahko was decent but balenciaga was good for about 3 games

What I meant to say was Sakho and Valencia were the last striker pairing that used to play together, rather than play with one striker, ?
