If we are signing Wilson then how long does it take to announce it, it's a free transfer and as far as I know he's agreed personal terms (not that I'm over the moon with it), what's the hold up ?

They don’t need to announce him yet and to be honest I am glad they haven’t.

I think they’ll only announce him when they have another player to announce simultaneously, to dampen the uproar of signing Wilson in the first place.

I can see us signing someone like Tyler Morton and Harvey Elliot and West Ham announcing Wilson at the same time, with the concentration on announcing the younger, more exciting player.

Also, announcing him now, rather than in a months time, might mean paying him a months wages. Hahaha

We’re no where near a deal for Elliot, he started for Liverpool today, if he was close to going anywhere he wouldn’t have started and risked getting injured.

If, sorry when we sign Wilson there's one good thing he won't be able to score against us which is what he always use to do that's where the positives end so we will have Antonio 35, fulkrug 31, Wilson 33. rubbish 1 year away from 100 years old with multiplying the 3 so much for the youngsters potters aiming to build in his ageing squad.
