It's clear that if Allardyce wasn't earning £3million a year, a change would have been made by now.
Paying off their unwanted gaffer in full for the final season of his contract is for now at least, a more painful prospect to the owners than watching their beloved Hammers huff and puff in front of the Upton Park faithful once more.
Considering Sullivan recently confessed some of last season's performances left him 'with tears in my eyes', we can only assume that coughing up so much money would even more upsetting.
If I were a West Ham fan, I'd be fuming.
Not at Allardyce (he is what he is) but the board for failing to do what's right for all concerned.
With the new term fast approaching it's time for them to stop all this infantile bickering, and man up.
Even if many neutrals think it's harsh, myself included, a swift parting of the ways is necessary for West Ham to move forward as one.
Plenty of replacements are available (malky Mackay and David Moyes to name but a few) and I for one don;t intend to go into the "Who should replace Allardyce" at this stage, but its quite clear that a change has to be made and made NOW!

Connor Wickham is the one for me, absolutely blinding finish to the season for him, young, talented, strong and can stick a ball away. Will he move to the other side of the country? Well i'm sure money talks, just offer him what he needs and make him a West Ham boy

Why have we made all this really good signings when the way we play won;t allow them to show what they can do.
Have we got a player in midfield who can create for our strikers?? NO!
We therefore just hoof the ball up to the striker. It WILL NEVER CHANGE whilst Allardyce is in charge

We ALL NEED to GET TOGETHER and put pressure on our board and get this ALLARDYCE relived from his post.
Whats amazing is that if I under performed like he has in my line of work, I would be out already.
He can't change his style. He's all about statistics not entertainment.
