Walter smith would be an excellent boss, if you can get him, as a rangers fan, I obviously rate him highly, but considering he has had no cash for three years yet still won us the league each season and not done too badly in europe, you should go for him, although he has stated he is looking forward to retirement, even though he is only 63.
Good luck in getting him though, would certainly be better than the current names being thrown around, especially M'claren, bet your glad he doesn't want it?

Really? I mean, REALLY? Flopping in europe? we lost 1-0 on aggregate to man utd over two legs, should have humped valencia at ibrox (missed sitters) and beat the turkish champs easily. Can I ask, when was the last time west ham played outside england in a competative game? Mmmm. . . . a two horse race it may well be in scotland (seeing as we get around 1% of the money that english clubs recieve, only to spend it giving thousands of pounds a week to average p*sh, 75% of players in prem) if the epl is so great, invite the old firm down and we'll see how sh*ite our clubs are.
Anyway, enjoy the championship next season, I may spare you a thought when I'm watching gers take on europes best (win, lose, or draw) while your off to barnsley on a soggy wed night. Enjoy.

Oh. . . and can I ask, how many teams have won the premiership since its reformation? Blackburn (one hit wonder), Man utd (most seasons) Arsenal (occasionally, not in years though, and chelsea (only because on money) so basically the epl is a two horse race also, maybe three if man citys millions pay dividends, so your epl aint that great, its the same around europe, spain, two horse race, italy, mainly a two horse race, germany, generally a two horse race, portugal, two horse race.
So your epl isn't as good as you think, outside top four/spurs, the rest are average at best. Only difference between epl and spl is cash, simple as that, before the cash, old firm could compete with the top in england, now they cant, but we could still more than compete with the rest outside top four.
