This is not a rumour, but like many other users I just want to express my utter disbelief on how our club is conducting its business both on & off the pitch, hoping that someone connected with the club might read it and take it on board. We all know that BFS is not the man to take us forward. We all know the only reason we were in the relegation mix was because of managerial ineptitude. There is no plan other than plan A. We need guile and invention in our play. We actually need a proper team that knows what it's doing via a manager who knows what he's doing. We ought to be beating all these teams who shouldn't even be close enough to SEE our bootlaces let alone tie em up. When all the pundits say Sam was the man to get us out of trouble they conveniently ignore the fact that it was him who put us in trouble in the first bloody place. Are the owners really interested in making us anything other than a joke to football purists? Or are they just like Terry Brown, only looking to trouser as much as they can at the expense of the club? If they are genuine East End they should recognise a meaningful saying - piss or get off the pot. In Plaistow we don't share the Japanese tenet that doing nothing is actually doing something. For the sake of our future show us that you want to take us to the next level. Do something ASAP. Have the courage of the convictions of most supporters - give us a new manager to build a team to be proud of again before it's too late.

If bfs goes he should go now so we can bring in someone before the best guys get snapped up.
If he stays tell him now so we can get our business done early.
This incredible indecision is the worst possible outcome
The media have a vested interest in supporting their mates.
bold measures are needed who would have quessed the improvements in liverpool and southampton certainly not the pundits
either stick with hfs but with a clear mandate to bring in some creative players or go for someone with a proven track record or take a chance
with a guy with the right values which match our great club.
Malky, Lennon and Clough [the younger of course] are available now but not for much longer
fingers out, prove you are fit to own the irons. We must rise again and play the beautiful game without fear of relegation.
Ironman {Ed001's Note - Nigel Clough is managing Sheffield United mate.}

Its all a joke and shows the footballing fraternity what a joke this situation is.

Season ticket? mine won;t be renewed. I;d rather spend the time painfully walking round shoe shops than watching us whack the ball 30 or 40 yards to a non prolific Andy Carroll and god help us "Maiga".

Do you not think Nigel Clough would be interested in joining a Prem team moving to the Olympic Stadium rather than the frozen north of Sheffield.
The only thing that may dissuade him is the indecision of the wobbly davids which is my point.
ironman {Ed001's Note - maybe he would be interested, but he is not available as such. He has only just joined the Blades anyway.}

My previous post as this one is of course banter nothing to agree or disagree with It has been confirmed that networking is being done with all the fans would be favourites Poyet and Laudrup definetly among them the latter is keen however all the proposed bfs replacements want a lot of funds straightaway and therein lies the rub. Shall we go back to playing football take a chance with the Olympic stadium in sight or stick with sam I believe dgs are looking to a compromise position with bfs telling him to play on the floor with hoof as plan b he has already outlined 5 players he needs minimum from alist of 23! my own guess is he will see out his contract on an agreement of an extension if results improve on his proposed budget of 16m plus sales and wage replacements not easy still were not quite like ridiculous spurs I hope the situation does not deteriorate and drift IRONMIKE

If we only have a budget of £16m I don't see another Manager doing a better job. Sadly we are where we deserve to be with this funding. Whose to say BFS wouldn't change his style with a £50m budget? Having said that I am not relishing the thought of "respect the point" football again next year.
