Re. Upton Park sale, does anybody know the situation in depth? If we sell our ground which we own but lease the OS, couldn't we face uncertainty like Coventry have recently experienced with the company that owned their stadium? And with the reported £35m - £45m sale price, I take it the owners will pay off debts with this?
