A much needed result! Even though I thought Swansea were the worst team I've seen this season (not a patch on last years form). but as the old saying goes "you can only beat who's out there in front of you". Good things yesterday Carroll getting involved and a rejuvinated Nolan and thank goodness Reid back in action! BFS is no mug and although I have never been a great fan he is a fighter and that's what we need now! What concerns me a little is once we survive relegation what next? I'm still not convinved BFS approach to the modern game is what we need to go forward and be successfull in securing ourselves as a permanent Premier club. Do we want another season of "survival"? I'd love to see a concerted effort by the board to get hold of Bilic. But for now Sam keep the boys going!

1.) Great shout and good result with our second clean sheet in a row. if sam keeps us up I would like to see the board go get bilic to take us on for the future.

False dawn v Fulham last Saturday (just shows what a state they are in). As for us uuuurrrrgggghhhh! Yes time for BFS to go along with half the team. Apart from the misjudgement over the purchase of Carroll do we want a manager who's main aim is to avoid relegation? Where is the club going? Take a hard look G&S. Take a leaf out of Swansea & Saints book. We need manager who will develop a playing style that is in the 21st century!

1.) Agree with you 100% it was painful watching the game last night it's such a shame to see us just hit the ball hopefully up the pitch hoping something happens. Can anyone honestly say they still want fat head as our manager? Our players need a fresh direction and getting a new manager with a progressive style of play might give the team a much needed lift. It will take time to change the the way we're playing but surely it's better to do this sooner rather than let fat head carry on running our club back into the championship. God help us if G/S let BFS spend more of their money I think they need to do the best thing for us as fans and get rid of him and give someone who has the right footballing philosophy a chance to manage our club. Chris COYI

2.) Spot on Chris. I could not agree more. What pains me is that we continue to tolerate this style of play which we as hammers fans have never liked. The way we play football is what attracted me to the hammers in the first place with the likes of Peters, Moore and Hurst. What happened to us? OK, we were a yo yo team but at least we had a go not like this current squad. Imagine if Di Canio or Fergie was our manager after that perfromance the other night

I think it has become abundantly clear that dear old Andy no longer fits the profile of the team. For all his endeavour on Saturday he is just too slow. After numerous challenges in the air it seems to take him an age to get back on his feet and thus we lose momentum. Given Sakhos and Valencia's vulnerability to injury we surely need a "mobile" frontman. Remy is a good shout. Any chance we could prise Ighalo away from Watford? P. S. Agree add a new right back to the Xmas list.

Yep time for a change. Sorry COYI but can't agree with your defence of BFS. Never wanted him with us and I'm afarid its a case of chickens coming home to roost with his out moded view of the game. But with a demoralised squad stumbling around in the dark and fixtures against Manchester United & Arsenal up coming can't see anybody of note falling over themselves to get the job before the New Year! Personally I'd love to see Bilic back with us.
