Hi chaps, with Newcastle struggling (I know we're not much better off) why not go for Shelvey, most of us are saying we need prem experience players, he can also pick a pass and gets stuck in, good shout or not?

Stevie / Mercerl, In the close season when the window was open I was saying on here and hoping we would go in for for Shelvey, think he is class, great vision &isnâ€™t frightened to put it about, apparently WH fan as well as a boy, but did say at the time I couldnâ€™t see Rafa letting him go, maybe if Rafa was to go between now January it may be a different matter, think he could be a massive signing for usðŸ‘ðŸ‘âš’âš’âš’.

Not a bad player SHELVEY but I think we should aim a bit higher than him because I think we are 3 players away from being a good team also how good was BALBUENA AND DIOP Saturday thought they were great from the highlights did they perform that well all game MIKE . COYI.

If they get relegated then I'd 100% go for him. Think it would be a wasted effort trying to get him whilst they're still in the prem. They wouldn't sell us there rvstar player.

On the shelvey chat I think because heâ€™s a premiership proven player and at a decent level at a poor team they would command about Â£30 -40million so I think look for a foreign based player for half that money and why I know itâ€™s a gamble itâ€™s worth taking that they adapt to the premier league. COYI.
