It certainly was Mike, just hope we can push on and pick up a result against Arsenal - that would be a great boost. Much as I liked Slaven, it is now clear how poor his training and tactics were and Moyes has made a real difference.

Got to have realistic targets if any in jan and don't go wasting time and effort on players that just won't come. some names I think we could get if we don't mess about and would add to the team are morrison shelvey walcott slimani dunk.

BolelynBoy, can't agree that Shelley and Slimani could add anything we don't have already and if I'm being honest, Walcott wouldn't inspire me either, but it would be good to offload some of our less consistent players i. e. Carroll, Sakho, Snodgrass (even on a free) and Fonte.

Agreed Harlow hammer. I do like what moyes has done with Antonio and arnautovic who both look dangerous and the more they play together the better they will get. I'd like to see us part ways with Carroll and get rid of fibre and Snodgrass and invest in a decent defender and creative midfielder in case Lanzini gets injured. Am amazed how the same players bilic had can be so different so big shout to miles but lot of work still to do and stoke is a massive game.

I think Shelvey would be a good signing and Slimani, I think he just needs a run of games, We do need a defender, midfielder and striker, finding a defender may be the hard bit.

I would be tempted to swap Shelvey for Carroll he's west ham and would be a good replacement for the aging nobes. a lot less injury prone and less wages i'd imagine.

probably still less than Carroll and at least he won't be injured all the time.

harts on silly wages to and certainly hasn't justified it yet and will probaly struggle to get back in the side.

I know they have been decent up top but our main striker without doubt is chiquarito no doubt whatsoever we can play two up top I'd play ARNAUTOVIC just behind the front man/ men in the no10 role because a w inger he ain't.
