Finally seen chicharito in a west ham shirt what a relief to get him over the line with no hiccups.

Now who's next?

Iron.Al

1.) 24 Jul 2017 21:42:31
Absolutely thrilled that chicarito has signed
if I'm honest didn't think it would happen.
We are looking like a better starting 11 and
a better squad than last year!
COYI.

2.) 24 Jul 2017 22:44:45
We have put in a bid of 10 mill euros to Genoa for Diego Laxalt he is a 24 year old winger who the brought of inter last summer he didn't have the best of seasons with them but he has got talent and could be a good back up for arnoutovic on the left so hopefully more signings, our squad is looking strong and I do believe we can challenge for Europe next season.

3.) 24 Jul 2017 23:23:58
I would like us to get Diego Laxalt but there is a player who I thought had a good season in a rubbish team and That's Sam clucas of hull and he would only cost about 5-6 mill could be good back up to arnoutovic and I know u will prob think it could be snodgrass all over again but I think he has great potential, jota would be a good buy aswell but I have got this feeling we will put a bid of 20 mill for wilshire and ger to the club him and his family love and maybe he can show us what talent he truly is, it's just going to be interesting who we might get next.

4.) 24 Jul 2017 23:29:07
Not much to compare against if you consider last years team but I agree. I believe four more signings to follow. I think a CB, DM, AM and a GK.

5.) 25 Jul 2017 06:20:56
This was David golds Twitter message I just hope it don't indicate that there won't be no more signings. A great window. A big thank you to David Sullivan, Slaven Bilic, Tony Henri, Andrew Pincher and the team. dg. Me personally recon there will be atleast 2-3 more signings in another striker, a left winger and cm.

6.) 25 Jul 2017 14:04:48
They are working on a one out one in basis now we have hit our wage cap and have a 25 man squad.

7.) 25 Jul 2017 16:24:33
Yes, so now I reckon they'll be some heart-break as we're likely to lose some of our heroes. Adrian is strongly fancied to leave, probably Cresswell, Kouyate, Antonio could be on the list?

8.) 25 Jul 2017 17:58:03
Cresswell, kouyate and Antonio won't be going anywhere? Where did you even come up with that? Who would replace them? We have no cover in these areas. 👎👎👎⚒⚒.

anyone watch Newcastle v Man United? Shelvey was quality shame we couldn't get him in January.

Iron.Al

1.) 12 Feb 2018 08:24:14
Iron. Al, if the papers are to be believed, maybe it was because of everybody’s favourite persons remark👎 at an away game, when the question called out to him was “ why don’t we sign Shelvey” apparently the reply was in his usual diplomatic way “because he’s f——-g useless” whether that was his honest opinion or not is anybody’s guess? So what chance did David Moyes have even if he fancied him which we don’t know? I personally think he’s a great player with vision and when I saw us linked with him I thought what a great acquisition to our team, but my opinions only TV based! Couldn’t see Rafa letting him go in January anyway, to good a player!

2.) 12 Feb 2018 08:44:53
PS, my concerns now would be, can we hold on to “Arnie” in the Summer, he must be catching the attention of all the big guns at home and abroad in his current form. He looks world class in my opinion😄👍 Having a big stadium does not make you a big club, maybe the potential, but we are hardly as West Ham a big attraction to already established stars, apart from the has been bounty hunters! We need to start winning something to start building a “big club”reputation and being able to keep our quality players! Also hope Moyes hasn’t been sufficiently demoralised in the transfer window to want to walk in the Summer? Not everybody’s choice initially including me, but for who was available at the time, he’s doing a great job for me under very tight opinated constraints with difficult hierarchy!

3.) 12 Feb 2018 14:04:07
with Shelvey on his day looks great all action pings the ball about and gets stuck in but obvious he's got temperament issues but I heard west ham are his boy hood club and I think he would have played his best football with us.

according to ironmike rafa would have been happy to let him go providing a replacement was brought in unfortunately Newcastle went through abit of a takeover saga which wasn't put to bed untill towards the end of the window. I think the deal was dead before Sullivan's stupid comments were made.

as for your arnie concerns I agree he's looking world class he's always had great potential but been inconsistent in the past I think moyes is getting the best out of him and hopefully he can become a consistent performer he certainly looks up for it and is showing great passion for the club. I have the same concerns for lanzini too we must keep both if we really want to progress which will not be easy. it all depends on the summer recruitment like you say hardly an attraction to established stars, what we can do however is sign young quality players that are playing regularly that can grow with the club. for example a few of the players we were linked with like dendoncker, Morrison they both look quality even Shelvey is still only 25. we have an aging squad but if the right players are available age shouldn't be problem but we definately need an injection of youth that can play now and develop with us.

4.) 12 Feb 2018 14:06:09
not Morrison I meant Maddison of Norwich.

05 Feb 2018 21:48:34
sulli either doesn't have the means the know how or the balls to take us where we could go. promised a clear plan top 4 looking over their shoulders hahaha. overall it's been a mess. just when things look bright it's either him skimping on transfers or opening his mouth which is filled with crap lies and certainly no class.

delusional little fat man with a Russian.

what happened with the gomes loan offer?

schurrle also.

we have no wide players available tomorrow should be interesting to see the team. would have liked to see more of Haksabanovic in the cup.

is rice injured?

Iron.Al

09 Jan 2018 00:28:10
i would much rather see Cullen or rice in midfield than kouyate think he's really starting to show why he was originally a cb.

that pitch was tiny we should dominate them at the Olympic stadium. ayew was poor again should have seen haksan getting 20-30min run out! Hernandez being set up to fail the way we were set up.

glad to see people noticing how important noble is to the team think he's been under appreciated and took some unessary stick over the years. tidys up play doesn't give it away cheaply always makes himself available and can get the ball into the attackers.

dendoncker and Shelvey would both be great replacements.

Iron.Al

1.) 09 Jan 2018 00:33:44
If we haven't got the balls to go for mawson, Liam Moore could be a good shout!

2.) 09 Jan 2018 00:57:33
Hiya iron. AI I totally agree with CHIQUARITO being asked to play an ANDY CARROLL role he's a POACHER not a NO 9 but I have to totally disagree with your NOBLE statement mate watch our games this season with him starting he's out of his depth and his legs have gone mate he's about two passes behind the gameplay the only game he's was average at best was the last game he played but he gives the ball away in dangerous areas and he ain't strong enough and gets knocked off the ball to easy and getting up and down the pitch well he can't I'd out him KOUYATE, AYEW I think OBIANG is being made to look bad because he's trying to do two players work although he's disappointed this season i'd keep him, the midfield needs a complete overhaul Al I suppose its all about opinions mate I've SUPPORTED WEST HAM for over 45 years and NOBLE for me has been poor for the past three years mate we'd be a far better team without him and KOUYATE in my opinion. COYI.

3.) 09 Jan 2018 11:19:31
Noble won us the game against WBA he came on and controlled the game when yacob was running the show. maybe that's his role now as getting older only doing a half when you have all these players not putting a shift in he's what you need he's one of us and I don't see him ready to go just yet.

4.) 09 Jan 2018 16:00:43
agree I feel like obiang has looked worse because of the players around him hopefully that rocket gives him a shot of confidence as I think he's been doubting himself a little looks abit hesitant miss timing tackles and lots of stray passes. agree turtle noble ran the show got on the ball and got things started made a few important tackles best performance I've seen from him in awhile. I thought he had a great season when payet and lanzini came in last one at Upton park. consistent and personally think he's been underrated at what he does but all entitled to an opinion.

for the first time in a while we a starting to play with a more consistent line up slav far to flexible. now we have a much better shape and arguably a fitter more hungry squad players we know can perform better can start hitting form.

i would get rid of Ayew if we could get a replacement of the creative type. he did start to look good with abit of confidence then got moved around and then benched.

Reid's form has been terrible hopefully can get back to his best. with oggy Collins and the emergence of rice and Oxford. defensively we should be sound.

really just need to invest in quality centre of the park and we will look much better.

5.) 11 Jan 2018 09:48:17
Ran what show one man won us that game Carroll simple as that NOBLE couldn't run a bath nowadays and that's what's wrong with west ham people rating players who simply arecnot good enough NOW, I've got over a hundred friends who are die hard WEST HAM SUOPORTERS and apart from two we all agree NOBLES GONE. COYI.

6.) 11 Jan 2018 17:28:31
noble got the ball into the players that could create for Carroll he always showed for it looked carm in possesion he was exactly what we needed he turned the tide of the game.

he knows the game knew what needed to be done and done the job for the club he loves as much as any of us!

maybe you don't rate him as highly as a player anymore or never really did but not to applaud him for that performance is crazy. the job he done is hard and he made it look a lot easier than it is.

7.) 12 Jan 2018 12:12:17
This made be a bit hypercritical but if we signed DEONDOCKER and SHELVEY who would you leave on the bench if NOBLE is so crucial to us playing proper football and running games I'm not being argumentative AL but honestly mate look at the Manchester United game especially while I know it's different level but utd aren't that great at the moment NOBLE was running round in circles a million miles from the game and was simply out of his depth and surely you don't think we'd be a better team without him and KOUYATE, NOBLES legs have gone he's paceless got no strength gives silly passes in our half and gets knocked off the ball easily and why I get he is WEST HAM through and through that shouldn't get him in the team I've watched the west from game back and I don't think he ran the game he was ok but not for me I've suffered him with Nolan in the hippo days keep picking him and NOLAN towards Nolan's last season the pair of them were shocking. COYI.

think it's a joke lanzini has been banned such a fine margin he's braced himself for inevitable contact from a clumsy challenge while dribbling at high speed it's purely reaction from danger millisecond in it crazy. I watched the niasse one he flung himself to ground with absolute no contact. that's an obvious con.

Iron.Al

1.) 18 Dec 2017 14:43:44
not to mention the 2 fouls on him first attempt shawcross to bring him down then Allen clumsily barged into him while running into the box before wimmers stupid challenge very harsh had the book thrown at him to deter real dishonesty which we've been the victim of many times are they going to start banning players from the top teams that fling themselves to ground in dangerous positions conning the ref all over the pitch.

I do believe it's talk to appease the fans we can only wait and see I just want to see performances on the pitch and points on the bored we don't need no march yet.

the plan also states the manager has to see the players live and they must have been scouted 5-6times. they better get started moyes will be very busy and should be going to games right away like we seen in January. this is all good but when we decide we want a player we have to be willing to get the deal done yes of course you haggle. but please no derisory offers and dragging transfers out a lot longer than they need to be maybe you pay more than you wanted to but it's better than losing out, panic buying having a thin squad struggling in the league then having to invest in January when prices are inflated anyway. you may aswell have just coughed up in the summer.

let's hope Michael tabor can get on board aswell for extra financial backing.

we do have a good first 11 but we must look to improve to help retain our best players. also want us to see us sign young quality players. really build a strong team for now and the future.

both probably still command high wages. where as evra is 36 and kung fu kicked a fan.

hopefully they would both be willing to take a wage drop. maybe some kind of short deal with the option to extend.

nasri was very good at Sevilla. we know what song is capable off arguably lost his legs he was good for us but went off the boil under slav.

fair wage hopefully he's planning on finishing his career on a high.

nasri is a quality player tidy on the ball very good passer attitude obviously a big problem and might not be what we need at this current time is a player with a bad attitude disturbing the team but such a short contract if acts up pay him off or leave him in reserves.

more of an example of there stupidity and stupid things coming out there mouths. If Newcastle were to bring in someone then maybe but they have there own problems with their owner at the moment. which obviously doesn't help our interest in the 'useless player'

I think we should be going all out for dendoncker and Maddison. I hope Mario works out won't be an easy first game for him playing in a weakend side.

yeah they have put money in but the fact they talk so much crap is frustrating and certainly far off some input.

not to mention no clear transfer stratergy or wage structure.

we panick and buy players that don't fit in and/ or pay them huge wages.

I was beginning to feel optimistic again seeing us linked to young quality promising players like Maddison dendoncker mawson that are first team ready.

This transfer window is a mess. injuries couldn't have come at a worse time with the run of games. it should have been our wake-up call but it's taken a defeat in the cup and possibly another bad injury to obiang. now there panicking again who will take advantage of our desperation once again?

we seem to be going round in circles daves don't learn they either don't want to or they are incapable. either way both are not acceptable and they will not take us to the next level.

"who can we sign? Shelvey is useless"

classless turds. with little to no football Brain. Shelvey would walk into our team at the minute. he has a lot of quality and is west ham I would certainly have him in the centre of the park for the important run of games coming up.

shame about Holland he was touted as one of the closest to make the breakthrough aswell. not sure on his injury status hopefully builds himself back up and maybe could be in contention for late on in the season. shame sounded like an exciting prospect.
