At least Antonio is still a presence on the pitch that can still put himself about, albeit not as effectively as he has done in the past! Think some are being a bit harsh on him, especially as ROBBO said as we have nobody else that can shake the opposition up!

Agree Chelmsford. I think the other players need to take some of the heat for his lack of goals. The movement forward is too slow IMO and he relies on getting a defender one out and bodying them with a ball in behind. How many of those type of balls we were playing on a quick break were played over the last 6 or 7 weeks? We seem to have tightened up and are playing safe passes backwards and sideways looking for an opening rather than taking some chances and playing with speed.

Speaking as a season ticker holder, I am sorry but I believe Antonio shouldn't be anywhere near the pitch at the moment.
He is out of condition, out of position and needs a break from the pressure.
Moyes should start Bowen up front, Vlasic on the right with Benrahma and Fornals making up the other 2 places.
The same goes for Soucek, he has been incredibly poor and should be dropped and Lazini played in his position.
For what it's worth that is what I think and so do all my season ticket friends I sit with.

Gerry, Iron, Mac, As only a TV watcher I have to take your comments as being more of a correct analysis than mine regarding Antonio! But I still think he should be used as a Sub when not starting as perhaps more of an impact player to conserve his fitness and energy?
I still think we need someone to rough up the opposition up front and nobody else is capable of doing that? Bowen out of those mentioned is about the only one capable of ruffling the opposition? ⚒⚒⚒⚒

Attacking MFs in modern game should be chipping in with more goals! Relying on one CF is a bit old hat really.

Addendum - i would expect 10-12 goals per season from what are now surrogae forwards
