I would be happy if we sign Kurt Z. from Chelsea but what i don't agree with if he goes above our other player on wages. If he is worth the money he wants what about our other players who have performed so well its just not fair. stick to our wage policy otherwise it will cause dressing room problems.
What do u lads think?

Im with you clubs done really well getting rid of high earners
Once yarmo gone mikey our highest earner and that's how it should be
We can't expected ticket prices to stay low if were paying silly wages.

100% in agreement with Bideford and Mo, bloody disgrace if Zouma or anybody comes in with higher earnings than our players that got us where we were last season especially the longer servers! Could cause big unrest and discontentment among our players and who could criticise them if they did?
So NO any player that thinks he’s a Billy

I’m pretty sure that Moyse, who has worked so hard to get a dynamic, happy squad all pulling in the same direction, is completely on top of the situation. The last thing he would risk is disharmony.

Agree Marko, be interesting to see how much we are going to pay him he's 26 and the contract he gets now is probably the most he's going to get get in his career unless he performs well enough that we improve it for him.

I think it's a great signing good player good attitude and moyes is top target I think he will fit right in with the good squad morale we have at the moment.

If the players want to compete and be part of an ambitious club they are going to have to accept sometimes players will come in who can command such a salary not that i think we will break the wage structure for him probably around 80-100k. Or maybe he was happy with plenty of performance based incentives.

Understand your feelings boys but if we want to kick on we are going to have to get better players and that means better wages.

Moyse said he wants to sign players who will improve the team and Zouma fits that bill. If we want to compete with bigger clubs we are going to have to be competitive on wages.

If Zouma is better than Dawson he can expect to be paid more. And if he isn't better why are we singing him?

True Bill, but he was obviously told he’s not a part of Tuchel’s plans, so he needs to move.

He’s a decent player, but not at the top end of the PL CB list.

I agree that we need to start attracting high level players and be prepared to pay the going wage for them if we want to move on.

Due to our squad size. Buying Zouma allows us to play 3 proper solid defenders if we play 352, or Zouma with Oggie at the back if we play 2. Diops days are over I feel, yet could he be tried in Centre Mid as cover?
