Lets talk about Lanzini.
I really do not think we should be selling this lad, he should be playing more in that CM role IMO. I think it was Bilic who said he is more of a Modric type player in CM and i have always liked him in a CM role so long as there are box to box players around him to balance the team. He should be ahead of Nobes in that role 100%. He turns well on the half turn which helps transition our play so much. He is not direct enough to be an out and out winger/ AM in my opinion, but perfect for the creatve CM.
what does everyone else think, sell? or not sell?

Definitely not sell!
He has been recovering from a serious injury for the last couple of years and finally looks to be getting back, with lanzini, rice and soucek in midfield he would be your creative link and would not have to worry to much about defending!
My first team:
Fabianski

Cresswell, Dawson, ogbonna

Rice, soucek, lanzini, coufal, benrahma ( if maintaining form) .
Lingard and Antonio

Lingard, Antonio/ Bowen.

One swallow doesn't make a summer as they say. Lanzini played well against Burnley but he will need to show consistency. He was great when playing in the same team as Payet but then seemed to lose his way plus the Injury hasn't helped

He will always come after Rice and Szoucec in the present team. If he can be consistent then great.

An exceptional player at his best, but we haven’t seen that for quite some time. Moyse obviously saw enough in training to play him deeper v Burnley and it worked like a dream. Lanzini had more time on the ball and space to look up before passing. Hence his terrific stats for the game.

He has never been a Hazard/ Sterling type player - far more Morris/ Pirlo.

I would really like to see him have another chance in that position.
