Markro, Just had a look up on him, rave reviews, top of the Championship goal scorers, young, 23 and English, sounds like another possible Bowen to me👍I mostly only know
PL players so my knowledge is very limited outside the PL!
But seems like he is on DM radar, so sounds like he could be a good signing to me👍⚒⚒⚒.

Yes, low centre of gravity and like Defoe he’s happy to hit it from outside the box. He looks stocky, strong and fast. Dribbles well too. Similarities with Bowen: a winger who scores plenty. Both have been a huge success in the Championship.

Worth a punt if the price is right.

Don’t forget Hugill was top of the goal scoring charts in the championship when we bought him?

Hugill had scored 8 goals in 27 games in the championship in the season we bought him. That’s hardly a top scorer in the league at the time.

Adam Armstrong is a better all round player than Hugill in my opinion.

However, I do understand your point Stevie66.

Bringing players in is difficult at this time because we have a first XI, plus subs, plus the rest of the registered 25 (and youngsters) .

We don’t have a squad that Moyse can rotate.

We are playing really well and have just about coped with Antonio’s absence, but think about a couple of others being injured, especially in defence or central midfield and we suddenly look very thin on the ground.

Food for thought.
