Moving Adrian on has proved to be the worst decision made in the last window. Roberto simply isn’t up to it (responsible for two goals today) . Martin must wonder why he moved, his dad would make a better fist of it in goal than Roberto at the moment. MP’s forward flowing football works if you have a team full of superstars, but we are not that. Teams have worked us out and consistently hit us on the break with long balls or quick play through the middle or down the flanks.
I feel really sorry for Haller. We all saw what a top forward he was last year as part of a two up front. MP’s style leaves him isolated and working off scraps. What has happened to Anderson? He twiddles down the wing, looks a threat but there is never an end product. Lanzini, who has been a fantastic player, looks a shadow of his former self.
We are desperate for better structure a more direct front play. I can’t wait to see Antonio back in the fold.

Anderson best position has always been a no 10 play him behind Haller why doesn’t MP change things up ie getting Yarmalenko to switch over to the left side?

What I cannot understand is why is he not trying Trott, meant to be a good keeper, give him a go.
I for one would rather get relegated using the youngsters than putting up with the effort we see now.
I reckon I could give the managers job a good go, I’d take £50,000 basic, if I got 7th or over I’d want £100,000 per position bonus.
To me that’s a win win for GS!
Fans would enjoy youngsters giving it a good go, I go to the u23’s games and you see effort.
Best thing that has happened to Chelsea is the transfer ban, hate to say it but they are enjoyable to watch and it’s all about the youth.
Time to move pellegrini on and go youth both in manager and players!

Unfortunately Pelllegrini will never change
his one and only way of playing. He is inept
of making any changes to combat the
opposition! Looks like we will be without
noble and lanzini for spurs so what will the
dinosaur do, probably Sanchez and Fornals
That will worry spurs.

Trott is on a year long loan at Wimbledon.

I have to say I think Yarmolenko is past it, he’s good for 10 mins in a game which we cannot afford that luxury!
Antonio hopefully back for spurs game, we need someone to give a bit of running up and down, nobody else wants to do it.
My 11 would be

A goalie other than roberto!
Fredericks, Ogbonna, Reid, cresswell
Masuaku, rice, Antonio, Holland
Anderson or the new striker from Man Utd and haller up front.

We need to get over this “they are too young”, we have got Coventry, Silva, Holland and several others so give them a go.

I love your team Bobbywhufc, I would love to see Holland given a chance, even 30 minutes for a couple of games to see if he can cope with premiership same with Masuaku. The best defences in the world rely on a combination of competence and understanding, they don't always need to be the best defenders but know how to cover each other. Pelle needs to pick the best combination and then stick to it for a few games so they can build themselves that understanding and I think, as long as they are capable of being in the same team I think any 4 of Fredericks, Ogbonna, Reid, Diop and Cresswell must be given a chance.

Our midfield has stopped working, back in September everyone was glowing about it but what now. I am hugely disappointed that Fornals hasn't worked, Lancini is injured but has always been fickle and Wiltshire, Anderson, Snodgrass, Noble, Rice have lost their way. Having Antonio back will be good news, though he is prone to injury.

Haller back in September was being picked for 20 goals plus this season but with no support doesn't seem to have any confidence any more.

It does seem to come down to the manager doesn't it, if he hasn't turned things around by Christmas then he must go cause we will then definitely be in a relegation battle and I don't think he is capable of handling that.

When we dropped Masuaku is when the crosses stopped coming in, his over lapping with Anderson was our outlet and haller was there to tap home, cresswell is good defender but looks like he’s running through cement going forward, got to start getting basics right.
Controversial but I would of taken money for Diop, whether it’s confidence or not he is running round like a headless chicken, a liability. Get Ogbonna in asapor even Gonçalo that young Portuguese defender!
I will be at next game but can only see a hammering the way we are set up, spurs will be well up for it which could be bad for us.

Hiya bobbywhufc you missed one in SCULLY top scorer in the league you know what will happen we will beat spurs and everyone will think we are ok if this happens which I for one can't see then its a complete lack of professionalism and I would out CRESWELL, ZABALETA, SANCHEZ, SNODGRASS, NOBLE, ROBERTO totally from the club and WILSHIRE as well not on ability but his fitness problems and I agree with you bobby the portugese defender must be better than creswell I don't agree on yarmolenko although he needs to improve fitness the team doesn't look fit enough IMO and on the HALLER situation he's totally isolated and needs at least a no 10 around him. COYI.
