Maybe a centre back? Zouma’s injury woes might increase. As you say, a centre forward wouldn’t go amiss. Two would be ideal, but that’s living in dreamland. Plus a wing back.

Got to say, our midfield could do with one more, as Soucek is a bit of a headless chicken who pops up to score every now and then. Ward-Prowse is brilliant for set pieces, but adds very little to midfield creativity.

Obviously, these are in an ideal world, and there will be several outgoings. Ings, Johnson and Benrahma may be the first to leave with Fornals. Anyway, the transfer window never ceases to amaze, so we’ll have to wait and see.
Having said all that, things won’t change much without our most pressing problem - getting rid of Desperate Dave.

Apparently he has told close friends that he will not be with West Ham at the end of the season and work has already started on finding a replacement.

Our January Transfer strategy has changed and it now looks as though MOYES believes we now don;t need a front man. He is targetting full backs instead with CResswell likely to be on his way either in January or next summer. Kehrer may well be of too ITALY with Milan.

If Burnley get relegated, I'd love us to sign that young Burnley keeper. If Benrahma and fornals leave, I'd like to see us sign a LEFT winger with frightening pace because we don;t really have that threat up front. We could then shift Paqueta to the Centre Mid and let him have free reign.

AGreed Tin, am still not convinced about SOUCEK. Get rid of him in the summer and get Brownhill from Burnley or Sander Berge or both.
