So, food for thought everybody. Watching Paqueta at this world cup and he is a different player for Brazil. He controls the midfield and just about everything good flows through him. Moyes pays £51m and tries to change him into the player he wants him to be instead of using him as the player he is supposed to be. £51m! Moyes should be ashamed

It’s a disgrace the money that has been wasted on overseas players that have no experience of the Premier League or knowledge of Moyes, the majority we sign it seems are only after massive contracts with big signing on fees, play rubbish because either Moyes plays them out of position or they cannot stand the rough and tumble of the hectic pace in the PL, then they want to get away for another signing on fee within a year or so!
Scamacca now apparently rumoured to be on his was back to Italy in January, how much will the club lose on that?
Now another rumour that Moyes may be after a Brazilian Centre Back from São Paulo when his contract is up in January!
Pity it’s ot DM’s contract that is up in January!
My Xmas wish is please get rid of DM ?? ?????⚒⚒⚒⚒

Sullivand and Moyes had a fall out over transfers (nothing new there), but tension behind the scenes between them. Sullivan has said its rubbish but no smoke without fire? Watch this space?

Cambridge 2 West ham 4. Benrahma was really good, scamacca couldn't hit a barn door from 10 feet lol. Coufal was dreadful, but some nice performances by some new names

Didn’t see the game, Scam is going back to Italy in Jan anyway by the rumour circulating, perhaps they don’t have Barns in Italy for him to practice hitting!
He’ll be as much missed as Haller, Anderson and several, others? ⚒⚒⚒

Moyes will go in the New Year. I can't see the team improving under his direction, purely because he's incompetent for a premiership manager. He's just not good enough - pure and simple. It's as clear as the nose on your face. What I don't understand is why the WH board are hesitating. There must be a reason.
Scamacca was never going to rip up trees for West Ham, but I confess I did expect a bit more from him. To be honest, he never impressed me playing for Italy, and he's never claimed the centre forward role in his national team as his own, but his club record was quite impressive. I would have put his less than impressive WH performances down to Moyes' ridiculous policy of "easing in". Strange how other premiership managers who don't apply this policy seem to get the best out of their new arrivals within a very short period. After 3 months, Moyes is still "bedding in" his players! Clearly, it's an excuse for not knowing how to handle good players. Plain incompetence.
For some unknown reason, Moyes has the belief that he is a tactical genius and possesses the Midas touch in changing how players play, even stretching to changing their natural positions. After all, it worked with Arnie, so why not everyone else?
In Italy, Scamacca had support. Moyes thinks he can play Scamacca as a single striker, cutting a lonely figure up front. What he needs is a strike partner, or at least decent service in the box. It didn't take long for the failure of Moyes' tactics to affect Scamacca's confidence. Other Italian managers can see where Moyes is going wrong, otherwise they would be interested in bringing him back to Italy, would they?
As for Paqueta - free of Moyes' restrictive tactics, everyone can see what a talent he is. He needs to be released in midfield to play with freedom. The sooner he's freed from Moyes' incompetence, the quicker we'll get a return on the financial outlay. Moyes doggedly sticks with players not fit to clean Paqueta's boots - Fornals and Lanzini. Again, a sure sign of incompetence.
We obviously have talented players at West Ham, but they don't seem to press the right Moyes buttons - Benrahma and Downes spring to mind. Moyes keeps flogging a dead horse with Antonio as centre forward. He will never be a centre forward as long as he has a hole following everywhere he goes. What a missed opportunity in developing him as a wing back, his natural playing position, and one where we are certainly crying out for reinforcements. Still, never mind; Moyes will have freedom to bring in a centre back on loan in January. I wonder if anyone has suggested that he might care to look at our other squads to see if anyone could benefit from development? What's that? Moyes doesn't know how to develop young players? Oh, sorry; I forgot. You need to know what you are doing for that to happen.

It appears things are finally starting to happen on the 'Get rid of Moyes' front. It looks like we have sounded out Pochettino as a possible replacement if rumours are to be believed. A spokesman close to the Argentinian has said that Poch would not take the West Ham job because he loves Spurs so much. I'm not so sure that's a good enough reason, so I'd take it with a pinch of salt, but it does indicate that the WH board are planning for life after Moyes, thank goodness. Fingers crossed. If it is true, I'd like to see our board ask Brentford for permission to speak to Thomas Frank. He's taken them as far as they can go, and he deserves a bigger club. A perfect fit. I can't see many unemployed managers in the frame - Gerrard would be a disaster, as would the soon to be unemployed Southgate. And Tuchel is like a firework waiting for the blue touch paper to be lit. I hope they don't fall into the trap of Mark Noble being appointed as caretaker for the rest of the season. It wouldn't be fair on him or the club. January is going to be a busy month for us.

Juventus want paqueta in the summer but they need to offload rabiot and mckennie first (I would have mckennie). Scamacca will go back to Italy and rice will join Liverpool. And then we will trust in moyes, if we have not been relegated by then

Thomas Franck would be a really good Managerial scoop, but would feel really sorry for Brentford if we were to tempt him away! Agree with Gerrard comment, gave a false impression at Rangers, they only have Celtic for competition!
How about some of the Moroccan and Japanese players, wow??⚒⚒⚒⚒⚒

Absolutely Chelmsford. We all know about ito and kamada, but amrabat has been huge fir Morocco. I like weston mckennie aswell. Bamba dieng from Senegal is quick and works hard off the ball but what value these players now after a good world cup?

Can’t agree Moyes will survive. His days at WHU are numbered, despite Sullivan’s public backing. Also, can’t agree with Rice going to the Scousers. They will never fork out that sort of money if their owners are on their dancers. Rice wants a return to Stamford Bridge, especially as long as his best mate Mount is still there.
Don’t get swept up by world cup fever. Every world cup tournament produces some good players, but few develop into long term success stories.

Im with you on that tinlegs even SULLY can see that MOYES'S days are surely a game away from being sacked and let's hope that if he doesn't the KRELINSKY will put pressure on him to get rid of MOYES the sooner the better as the way he's treated BENRHAMA and DOWNES SCAMACCA is not very good managerial skills asking DOWNES to play wide right on in a more advanced role is shocking he's a holding midfielder that excuse the saying puts fires out and breaks up play on SCAMACCA he is so isolated up top he's basically on his own with no players near him in support i'd say to PAQUETA you stay just behind him in a no10 role we don't need you tracking back which isn't MOYES way so my answer is why track players in the transfer market if you are going to ask them to play out of position
