Rolling contracts. Seemed to be the conversation, to end of season, the results, no relegation, leads to bonus and another contract, this was the formula offered

Looks like Both will take the job, if offered

Laying out no money, reasonable wages, no long contracts, results based contract, big appeal to Sullivan

No faith in the board to get a good enough replacement, was always going to be the cheapest option that's what got us here in the first place but now we have no choice.

Maybe they see it as a way of deflecting and appeasing the fans by bringing in someone that was well liked by the fans in Bilic.

What was implied is no entourage like De Santo, maybe they would suggest one or two, BUT not a whole posse, that automatically comes with them
