This will never happen, because we are West Ham, but personally if there is truth in the reports that Douglas Luiz wants a return to English football from Juventus and they are happy to let him leave, then a straight swap, Nayef Aguerd for Douglas Luiz should be what we go for.

He was fantastic at Aston Villa, is exactly the right kind of player we need and should be in his prime at 27 years old.

Like I said though, it'll never happen.

WH lack Drive! ambition! Most of all they lack Imagination, there has been several opportunities aleady, with Genoa, who want Cornet, they could p/ex against. De Winter, Gudmunsen, then, with Rodriguez, two players from Betis were fancied, and the Spanish club made the suggestion….but no, and your idea is a good one, with Douglas Luiz, But no, .Potter has zero ideas, and I don’t get the impression, that Sullivan, has any faith in either the manager or Macauley, at present the jigsaw, is.
