On that showing yesterday we better give him what he’s worth because on that showing he’s minimum a £30 million player and that’s minimum build your midfield around him and tell him that’s his position and train him as that . COYI.

Rice wants around 35k a week which on today’s salaries I think is more than fair And for no real reasons can I think why WH just don’t do it, it is possibly the thought of one or two youngsters asking for more or the failure of Oxford, IRONMIKE.

If the other youngster's do come asking for more, because of Rice having an increased salary just say to them - "Are you a 1st team regular? Are you one of the 1st names on the team sheet? the answer is no, when you are, i'll pay you the same as him" - age doesn't matter. If he's a 1st team regular and with his ability, 35k is more than fair.

For god sake is this still going on . his a first team player and is NOT a fringe first time player, 35k is what is he is worth so pay what he is worth, his potential is fantastic . I don't understand the dithering!
