Hi Ironmike, Happy New Year

Concerning Reece Burke and the other youngsters that seem to have shown promise, would the DGS really let Moyes have the final word in selling them?

The reason asking is Moyes has only a 6 month contract and if for some reason he is out at the end of the season whether it be from relegation Rafa becomes available or for what ever, as he has not been there that long would the DGS really risk losing potential on his say so?

I would have thought carry on with the loan policies until the end of the season and see where we are than, if Moyes is still in charge with a 2 year contract and wants to sell than so be it. just feel its very risky if the case allowing a Manager who has not been there long to have a final say on our up and coming youngsters.

I think Moyes has been given the green light to ditch fringe players that are not in his opinion going to make the grade, BUT how many times have we seen players let go and they rise to the top elsewhere, it’s atricky call, but one that has to be made IRONMIKE.

Thanks Mike, but why not wait until the end of the season until a permanent Manager with a 2 year contracts in place to make the judgement. One Managers Carlton Parmer is another Manager Messi, so at least have a permanent manager fall by his decisions

The youngsters are still learning, and players are so over priced its unreal, I just can't see how a person who has been in the job for only a couple of months can be allowed a decision that in affect could cost us millions in the future, he may only be there for a few more months!

if these players didn't have promise we probably wouldn't know who they were, and the fact majority of fans are aware of them speaks for itself.

Can't think of many, West Ham have released that have risen to the top elsewhere lately

Junior Stanislas has done OK at Bournemouth after we sold him to Burnley - but not too many others

Its Championship clubs that are after Burke so doesn't look like he's ready for the Premier League.

Can’t argue with any of that, but let’s be honest our club are not that great at making descisions of all kinds are they? IRONMIKE.
