HI fellas, WH have given an ultimatum to LISBON this afternoon, and it was rejected, therefore as far as I am concerned. The deal has now failed IRONMIKE.

pro's and con's from this whole saga.

pro: rice has looked good there so far this season.

con: carvalho would have gave our defence the support it needed but at the same time rice would have lost his spot which would not have done him any good confidence wise.

pro: at least we know we have funds available.

con: we won't use it to improve our defence/ team.

Spot on arp3768 I totally agree mate I've said it for the last week we tried to sign him but just couldn't get it done well we know it's not due to players demands this is all to make the owners look good well it don't wash with me if you want top class players you have to pay the money obviously the owners have no ambition to improve the club just stabalize the club and keeps us in the premiership no ambition no class no idea.

let's be positive perhaps its for the best he hasn't trained and needed 4 weeks to get fit. Yes we all know what's needed but let's buy a player that wants to come here. We have made some gt signings this widow there is still Time for 1 more. THINK POSITIVE.
