Hi fellas, I am now hearing that qpr have been back to wh, and are now considering a structured deal that would EVENTUALLY see them get 12, 5 m for austin, I don't know the content of this proposal but the cash content is initially much lower than their original demands WH are obviously firing on different fronts, which is the correct thing to do, As I said earlier, QPR are going to have to take less money, and even that being structured, IF they want to shift austin all this could be in WH favour? We shall see? IRONMIKE

Ironlike, how does structural payments work in financial play?, is the £12.5m considered as a one off payment for that year or does it work what we pay in (I'm presuming )staggered yearly ie if we stagger 4 yearly payments of £3,125m per season, £3,125m is worked out per season?

Reason asking is If CA is agreed would there be enough for Yimnez? Especially as I just saw a report Turkish paper says done deal £6.5m I know paper talk is cheap but I would really like to see him at WH.

I suspect not as wages but thought if ask in hope

We shouldn't be buying Austin at all what happens when Carroll comes back as they are very simallar we need a forward with pace and Vargas fits the bill scores every other goal for chile and he's not even training with Napoli COYI

Cannot believe we're even considering 15million for Austin we could get breel emboli from Basel for that and at 18years old he is one for the future as Austin is knocking on 29 and dodgy knees already failed a medical before I've heard we're close to getting Vargas on loan COYI

I think both of them are good options paints66. can both play as wingers if needed as well

Don't make me laugh! If Carroll gets injured which is a matter of time, you wish to rely on an 18 yr to spearhead our attack! And by the way Austin is 26 and hasn't hit his prime.

Paints Charlie Austin is 26 not 29, and the whole knee thing was just a medical at Hull and they since admitted they got it wrong as I understand it.

Can't believe that Paints66. Would you rather have an 18 year old up top or a TWENTY SIX year old, with NO knee damage (Hull admitted they were mistaken)?
Also, people are forgetting about Sakho. surely he would spearhead the attack, should Carroll get injured again?

I said embrolo for the future and we've already got a player like Austin in Carroll and I remember a certain Mr Owen who destroyed Argentina at 18 and you need your head examined if you think Austin is worth 15 million we need pace up front not a big bruiser which we've already got

I thought he was that age by the way he moves any do you not think we'd have brought him already if we had the funds if you can't see we're only after loan deals sorry about the age error should have done my research shows how much I rate Austin namesake six million dollar man that's what he's worth COYI
