We are looking to sign a left-back this summer asprently and Az Alkmaar defender Owen Wijndal is one of the targets. Typical he is ONE of the targets so again we will lodge 5 bids for different players and see which is the cheapest option. For me, first position to strengthen should have been cf and don't be surprised if we don't buy a forward. I'm not convinced Broja is the answer woth 6 goals in 32 games. We need a more prolific forward that's done it at top class level.

Its the way we work unfortunately. You need a lot of patience being a west ham fan through transfer windows. Meanwhile, Danjuma is on his way back to premier league to Unnamed club, Spurs are hoping to sign Richarlison in next 24 to 48 hours, Keane Lewis Porter preference apparently is a move to Brentford, numerous Premier league clubs are interested in Owen Wijndal, Jesus to Arsenal whilst West Ham still wait for Lingard to make up his mind. Also, I'm not convinced with BROJA. He is a decent player but there are far better options out there for the money. En Nesyri is a better option

Oshee, think you’re to unrealistic about who we can or could get, who or where is a more “prolific forward that’s done it at top class level” that want to move on, if they’ve done what you’re suggesting we won’t get them imo, they’ll be going to a Champions League club?
Not trying to be controversial mate, but think we’ll get Lingard imo, will that be so bad, might not please a lot of fans if we do, but better than not adding anyone up front?

Agreed Chelmsford, if we had pulled off Nunez in January it would have been a major coup as realistically that type of striker want Champions League and we can’t offer that. We are shopping at a different level and that is players who want a chance somewhere and probably have some as yet unrealised talent.

I’m enjoying the Lingard farce, it’s fun and if/when he signs I for one will be delighted. I think were having a good window. Areola and Aguerd, Nathan Trott contract extension (Randolph can leave now), Lingard close, Danjuma possibility, Broja interest, Dennis interest, couple of irons in the fire for Lb and Rb ……what’s to moan about?! Sometimes think a couple of you on here just love moaning for the sake of it. We’ve qualified for Europe in back to back seasons! What’s up with you?

Totally agree with Chelmsford players that are proven and top draw players won't be coming to west ham because we are not going to pay £60-80 million for that player so its going to be a young potential striker like broja who I really rate because whenever he's played against us he was very dangerous and looked like he could fit into our team and on youseff En-Nesyri he scored 5 goals in 23 matches so whenever I've watched him he looks like a very lethargic lump and not for me especially the money sevilla would want and he isn't always a starter for sevilla.
