Cross fingers Haller will be announced soon, I still think we need another striker maybe 2, i'm just wondering if its worth keeping Herndaz for the season and suffering letting him go on a free next season. I have read a little about Haller and he has an all round game, pulling defenders out and collection deep, i'm just wondering if we may be over looking we already have the perfect fit for Haller already in the squad.

Even so I feel we still need another striker or 2, Sturridge on a free is a no brainer but his injury problems are a worry. and he we go I know i'm going to get pelters but I go for Balotelli his free, OK his trouble but no one can doubt his ability, if we get haller and keep Hernandez than I would go for him on a free on a year contract and see where we go,

Alfredo Morelos and or Maupay for me. We should invest in younger talent, Sturridge and Balotelli are too risky there is a reason they are available on a free. Haller will be such a coup massive part of Frankfurts success all our attackers will have a field day feeding and playing off him. he's not signed yet will be refreshing my news feeds half hourly untill he does.

Iron i'm refreshing every second, its like were 1 up in injury time in a game and just waiting the final whistle, I hope we don't concede :)

Maybe another striker but we still need a DCM and LB if we are going to really compete IMO.

I think looking at what MPH want to do and how they want to develop the squad, Hernandez’s wages are an issue. I agree that he could be great alongside Haller, but we need a back up, in case of Haller illness, or, God forbid, injury. Hernandez has shown he cannot be a spearhead.

I imagine that Hernandez has also had discussions with MP about playing time and been told that he will not be first choice up front, hence his noises about being elsewhere this window.

What videos of Haller show, is that not only can he score, but he frequently assists and this means that he will bring our attacking midfield far more into the game than Hernandez can, or indeed than the Austrian did.

For me Hernandez leaves and we look for an up and coming, powerful front man as back up for Haller.

Arney who?! Frederick's staying fit could be important to hallers service from what I've seen of him he puts in very dangerous crosses and runs with pace at defenders. wouldn't besuprised to se that combination.
