Not doubting what you are saying Ed, not in the slightest. but is it because of the fact he has been registered by two clubs already this season?

If West Ham do recall Anderson, surely we would know this? hahaha.

I may have dreamed this but is it not a case of the whole C.V. and the financial restraints it has inflicted on clubs that Fifa and Uefa are willing to be a little more relaxed in their loan rules?

I thought AC Milan we’re interested?

{Ed002's Note - Milan would be open to taking Anderson for the summer after losing out on Dominik Szoboszlai. If they were to buy him in January they would have to not play, or be loaned to West Ham or Porto for the remainder of the season.}

Ed I read that FIFA are going to relax the rules about two clubs because of C.V. - no truth to that? I read it in conjunction with the Anderson stories.

{Ed002's Note - The rule is he can be registered for three and play for two. I am not sure what CV has to do with that and am not aware of any proposed changes to the rules. But if that is what has been said ...}
